Contemporary Garden Arvostelua 

The fencing, posts and capping’s are well made and have a lovely finish. I am so pleased with my purchase, good value and easy to erect. The panels look great and bring a fantastic, modern, contemporary look to my garden. Many thanks to Adam Samuels (their sales executive), for sorting out my query and looking after me. Great customer service. Highly recommended, will use this company again. 👍

Very disappointing, I ordered the 5 foot height tempo slats fence panels. They arrived in two sections, a two foot and a three foot with very flimsy backing and no apparent way of connecting them together to make a panel! I have bought some timber to strengthen and fix the two sections together. A refund was offered if I returned them at my expense.
Should not in my opinion be advertised as fence panels, more like a screen that’s fixed onto something. Very poor.

Avoid this company.

Terrible quality on the tempo panels. Not the correct size which posed a problem for my already 1800 posts, all panels were 10mm short of the 1800 quote sizes. The finish was shocking, pins hanging out the wood, some slats were actually not attached to the back braces.

When challenged about this the manager was very accommodating offering me a free panel. Tried to claim the free panel along with another order, in order to keep my garden the same and found that my number has been blocked. Now left with the challenge of getting a near match for the rest of the fence.

Excellent panels and customer service! Nothing was too much trouble! Very helpful with advice for creating a screen and were happy to add on to our order. Just waiting for our second delivery.

I am delighted with the panels I purchased, they have put the finishing touches very nicely a 'lockdown project' in my back garden.

The panels did take longer to arrive than estimated and the communication could have been better, but I perfectly understand that many companies are facing difficulties just now and things often just take longer.

Overall I am very pleased with the appearance and quality of product, and I would buy from this company again.

Do not buy the Tempo Slats.

I spent almost £1000 on 12 of these panels (at about £80 each).

Not a single one is the same, some are cracked, others are completely broken. They must have been made in a shed in the dark by somebody after drinking a bottle of brandy.

On top of this, appalling customer service.

Do not purchase anything from this company.

Product is of a good standard, however, poor customer service has let down my experience. After waiting 4 weeks for my order to arrive, I had a missing panel on delivery. I have emailed, called and Facebooked to ask for the remaining panel to be sent but no response. The phone goes straight to voicemail and there has been been no response to email (despite being very communicative before my order). I am still waiting 2 weeks after my delivery to hear back...be careful if ordering as they may not be able to fulfil your order.
