Consumer Rights Arvostelua 

Nothing at all to do with Consumer rights. Tried to scam my father and asked for all his pension details. Fake EPC certificate in the mail. Gives a local number but get through to someone in Wales.
Avoid!!

Pierce took care of everything such an easy grant application. One minor glitch which could have been avoided if I had contacted Consumer Rights after submitting my information to ensure that everything was in order. Just waiting for the assessor to arrive to move the process forward in two weeks time.😀

Recently made contact with Consumer Rights CIC, a stream of emails from myself were dealt with by Shelley in a most courteous manner, responses were quick and concise, a real credit to Consumer Rights.

Worst example of snake-oil selling for a long time. Received a letter today..."Your property does not have a valid EPC certificate"

Yes, it damn well does.

I Was helped with my enquiry re- ECO 4 Scheme by Pierce Thompson from Consumer Rights. He helped me through the application process. He was kind and patient with me and for that I am grateful.

Great experience with robin, who seemed to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the process and any for coming work. He seemed very friendly and caring and kept ringing till I finally had my phone of silent and see the call. I feel confident that if anything goes wrong I will call robin who will sort it all on my behalf

After receiving a letter from ROD followed it up with a call..I spoke to Manon Roberts it took a second call to confirm that I would be eligible for having some work done.

My mother received a letter re EPC. Have phoned and emailed asking to speak to someone about it and had no response or even an acknowledgement even though I was promised a call back from the 'team ' as soon as possible. What poor service from an organisation that is supposed to be there to help the elderly and vulnerable citizens.

Manon Roberts helped me really well and it's good to know she's available for advice and support with ECO4 and all it entaiils. Highly recommended.

Well it's early days yet but so far it's been a really positive experience. Shelley was very professional on the phone and very punctual with her call. I will update my review at a later date but at this stage I'm impressed.

I dealt with Shelley Krasnowski. I have recently lost my husband so was quite nervous. Shelley put my mind at ease right away and organised everything. I am able to contact her easily and she responds quickly. Mist efficient person I have dealt with in a long time. Can’t praise her enough.
