Pierce helped me through the whole process. I have now had the heating installed and it was first class service all the way. A special thank you to Martin and John from Central Eco Solutions who installed the whole system excluding the solar panels in one day in foul weather. Could not be any happier with the outcome.

Dealt with Shelley, such a lovely lady, so helpful. After talking to her she forwarded everything to Eco Solutions and within 5 days an assessor visited the property. Fantastic service.

I received a letter from Consumer Rights about ECO4 and was not sure if l should call but l was glad l did. Shelley Griffiths who answered my call was so helpful and made the process really easy, we are now awaiting a site survey to see if we are eligible for funding....

I would like to thank Megan Kell,Energy Performance Advisor at Consumer Rights for the way she conducted my recent application to ECO 4. She was very professional with all the communication needed to submit various documents and informing me of every next step I needed to go through. She was so helpful with any questions I had

this is a scam. They send out a letting from David Hughes, head of re-gen at Wirral Council then they send a fake energy certificate and pretend they are going to help you get a grant, but in reality the company is registered as an accountancy firm in Liverpool.

If you look at the reviews on here that are 5* they are all recent - and the people making the reviews have only made their other reviews in the last few months to give them a better sense of authenticity.

Reported to Trading Standards today.

Very positive experience with consumer rights. Shelley is my account manager and she has been extremely helpful with her guidance and assistance. She has provided comprehensive information and caring reassurance. Can't recommend this organization enough.

The actual experience of dealing with those involved with this initiative is very positive .It is a genuine scheme intended to save energy and cut our contribution to global warming as well as potentially saving you a lot of money-as the work and support is provided free of charge .The only thing that might put people off is you might have to pay redecorate your walls after the work is carried out.
However, I have nothing but praise for the people I dealt with from Consumer Rights. You have a personal rep allocated to your case ,who is committed to this admirable cause and who follows through with all the communications and paperwork needed to help your case. Our rep was Megan Kell and she kept in touch with me and was available throughout the process. It was obvious that she was dedicated to the cause of providing help to the public -with no strings attached -and it's not often you can say that!

Adam guided us through the application process.He was patient,professional and very supportive, a credit to the company.
The work was organised quickly and efficiently,it's a shame Broad Oak the installers weren't as professional as Consumer Rights,who were excellent throughout.
