I did not receive my package. I attempted several times to connect with support team to request a refund. I sent proof from USPS that package was never delivered by them despite the company's record of delivery. Company refuses to give me a refund. This has been an awful experience and I will never buy from them again. I will be logging complaint with BBB, PayPal, and JAG.

I ordered something this spring that was billed as arriving in 5-7 business days. They sent a tracking number which said the product was coming from Germany despite the ad saying that the product was made in America. THIRTY days later, the item didn't arrive. I contacted them and they sent another tracking number that said it would arrive in 5-7 days. Never arrived.

My LED US Flag arrived just in time for America's 250th Birthday. I am very pleased with the beauty of its appearance. It shines so bright at night.

Ordered from this bogus company. Goods arrived that were not what I ordered. Despite being provided with confirmation of order and photos they would not admit their error.

Ordered 2 shorts in one order which I received. Same day, I ordered a third pair. Still waiting for it.

The contact about the shipping progress was good and timely. UNfortunately, I thought I was ordering 1 each of the color variations, but instead got 4 of the same color. The order form was confusing.

The delivery was spot on.

Well let's see, bogus drop shipper lying about where things are coming from to begin with. Items are absolutely nothing close to what they're suppose to be. Was completely surprised to even see anything show up after the three month wait. Subpar hot garbage.

I ordered these 51mm motar bottle openers I saw on FB, and I received the order, but none of the devices have an opening big enough to fit a normal sized bottle. Reached out to the company and they offered me a 10 dollar refund. Complete scam...don't use them.

TOtal and complete SCAM. Do not EVER order from these people. They say it was delivered to the "front desk". The address is a private home. There IS no "Front desk". Thank goodness I didn't spend much money on it. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. IT IS A TOTAL RIPOFF,

As others have said, this site offers completely bogus tracking. The tracking sent after my order showed that it was supposed to be shipping from Sweden. Eventually, two weeks after the tracking stopped updating with the package in Mobile, AL, I emailed customer service who sent a completely different tracking link. This tracking link showed that the item originated in Shenzhen, China. I really don't care where it comes from, the fact that it was lied about is a problem.

Does this company actually provide the purchased goods? Or is it a scam?
Tracking tells me my purchase left the local shopping partner four days ago. Nothing has arrived. Email to the tracker's given email bounces back as not existing.
I cannot find a number to call.
They got my money and all I got was a salutary lesson in trust.

Advertisement for an ice mold "shipped from Mississippi" was 2 weeks wandering through Customs in Spain. I emailed to cancel and received the too late to cancel reply. I followed up with a demand for a refund by a date 5 days off or a meeting at my local Courthouse if not received. Their followup says refund in 5 days for full amount.
