This is a fake company. They commit fraud with everyone. Whatever you order, you either don’t receive it, or if you do, it is of very poor quality—cheap, second-rate items. I ordered a parcel worth 1700, but inside it was something worth only 150.
Also, the contact number they provided is switched off, and they have not mentioned any proper company name or address on the parcel.

This is a fake online company send fake and cheap items when order online. I order Presbyopic Glasses which cost Rs 1690 but I received a ordinary plastic +1.5 lensChinese make glasses of Rs 200. This website is totally a fake online shop, DONT buy anything from this Ecnomicalk.online which is a fake online shopping and you will waste your money. It is a pure scam online and looting the people's.

I ordered rechargeable pens 🖊️ with laser light after long time I received pen with bottle opener,after I contacted them they offered me $4 compassion. So my advice is don’t buy any thing from this seller.

Stay away from these guys.
It is a SCAM.
They advertise 1 item but send a completely deferent one.
Then they tell you that there was a mistake made at shipping. But it to expensive to send it back. Offer a couple dollars back. And you have to pay for new items to be send. I spend over 200.00. They offered me 16.00 back and I can keep what they sent.
What they sent i can get on Amazon for less than 40.00.

Totally incompetent. Never use this company. Ordered some pens, they charged a higher price and screwed up delivery. I am now in the process of suing them not only for the order but also for the pain and suffering

Item was so called ‘delivered in a safe place’… a place called nowhere!! Nowhere to be seen!!! Terrible, waste of time and money!

I ordered 2 specialty pens for 60.00. They charged more at checkout, took weeks to arrive and they didn't send what I ordered. They send a cheep knockoff that didn't come close to what I ordered, then they offered a $4.00 credit and said I could keep the garbage they sent me, no thanks. I want my money back from the bate and switch order scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM WHOEVER THIS COMPANY CLAIMS TO BE

Ordered travel vacuum bags with pump. Took 6 weeks to arrive. Arrived without pump, even though I double checked I got the pump before placing the order, the bags are useless without the pump.
They offered me. $7 refund, I paid $55.
They say I have to pay the shipping back to China for a refund, the tracking said the package came from USA but also from china.
Avoid this company

Placed an order in December 2025. Item has been in transit for 2 months. After contacting customer service, they shipped a replacement order. That order is now lost. Don't trust this company.

I ordered a belt from them on Nov 29, 25 and here it is 26 Jan 26 and I still don’t have the thing. I think it’s a Chinese company which is my bad for not seeing that. I’d of never ordered anything from China. It’s in LA I think and I’m in Sac. And never ever pay with PayPal. There as bad as China.

Terrible. Bought two belts from this site, that have completely fallen apart a few months later. I contacted the company, by responding to my email invoice from them, and they said, "According to your email address, we have detected that you did not place an order in our online shop. Could you please check your order details again? We are afraid that you may reach out to the wrong company and the wrong person." I responded again, with a pdf of my receipt attached, as well as a link to my receipt, on their website, and they stopped responding. Terrible product quality, and equally terrible customer service. If I could rate them less than 1 star, I would.

Hi guys be careful with this website and this God forsake company. I order a charger 17days ago and till today I still have not got my product . Please by cut this company . I have reported them to the ombudsman in London and to my bank too. They have the audacity to tell me to wait extra 7days. Guys AVOID AVOID AVOID . I came back on here to update that today is Sunday 18th of January 2026 which makes it almost 2months and still no delivery of my product . Like I said before guys AVOID AVOID AVOID. They re a crooked company and I have reported them to the ombudsman, Google and the appropriate authorities to be investigated. Pls don't fall victim like I did.

What a nightmare I ordered two EDC belts because they were advertised as extra large.60 inches they say.
First it took about two months to recieve and the day I sent them a text it came in.
Item was made in China and not a good quality item. And total length was 49 inches 😡
So I now I have two useless gun belts.

Please learn from our experiences and DON’T order from this website. I failed to look at reviews before ordering. I was led to believe that the products were coming from the US. I placed my initial order on 08/26/2025. I just got my order on 11/05/2025. That was after many many many many emails to the company. Apparently tracking said the package was stuck in shipping. We went around and around on me wanting a refund and them refusing to issue a refund. I finally told them I was going to issue a bank charge back, and they said they would resend the product.
I got the new order within two weeks. It was crap. It was a version of what I ordered but it was so badly made that it can’t be given as a gift. The only thing I can do with what they sent is put it in the trash.
So please, please listen to what has been said about this company and don’t order from them.

Got product does not fit. Won't give a return address. Keep compensating with $6. Now $8. Alot of bullshit to go through to try and return product

Product not delivered.
It took 3 months for them to admit that product lost in transit.
When I contacted for refund they would only refund the amount minus the shipping fee and the cost of the product.

Products arrived , not the quality expected from the ads on Instagram but not the worst I’ve seen. However, the light grey hood is actually pale blue and I asked to return it.
They won’t let me return it, keep saying I have to post it to China but don’t give the address, offered ‘compensation’ to keep it, first $2, then when I insisted on a refund they offered $6, on a $24 purchase! Live and learn, don’t buy from here

I ordered a product and supposedly it was shipped but it never managed to make it to my house. As of August 30th it's still in transit and nothing more has happened. Kicking myself for not checking reviews before ordering.

About 8 hours AFTER my package arrived, I received an email update from support(at)economicalk.com stating.

It's interesting that this update shows shipment from France (and a different tracking number from the package that arrived from Chicago yesterday).

I even more strongly recommend... BUYER BEWARE!

Surprisingly, a package arrived today via USPS Ground Advantage.

Not surprisingly, no communication came from the seller that the package was in route and, equally not surprisingly, the package came from the address 3646 S Wolcott Ave in Chicago... which, if you google the address, has a number websites (including BBB) showing this address as the source of multiple suspicious activity reports.

The item in the package seems to be what I did order from Economicalk's Facebook ad, which was a ratcheting belt. Time will tell if it lasts a reasonable amount of time.

As I am finding out, this appears to be a huge scam. It is really a shame that Facebook allows advertisers like this to rip off its users.

My credit card was overcharged by about 30% when compared to what the checkout invoice, including shipping, listed at the completion of the transaction.

I immediately reached out to PayPal (with documentation) regarding the overcharge and a case was created as PayPal was the payment platform Economicalk used. Approximately a week later I did notification from PayPal that the overcharge was being corrected and the difference would be refunded, which it was.

It is suspicious that the PayPal transactions did not have Economicalk as the seller. The name 璦文電子商務有限公司 was used.

Multiple emails were sent to support(at)economicalk.com regarding the overcharge and that tracking through today showed "Status: Not Found", with none of those emails receiving a response.

Buyer beware!

Like other customers in here, the company did not send a belt as advertised, with the ratchet on them back of the belt. Clearly they are scammers. Tracking correspondence from them indicated that belt was coming from US , but actually was shipped from China. Do not trust this company.
