I’d give this company zero stars if I could! Had my money since March, no delivery, no contact, won’t answer my emails or messages! Looks like the business address is fake too! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS “COMPANY” (if it even is a company!)

Absolutely appalling company, I ordered a jumpsuit it took about 2 weeks to arrive (not too bad) but the quality was disgusting and cheap, the material was so thin you wouldn't be able to wear it!
I contacted the company 4 times via email and Facebook to arrange a return and refund but they have not responded.
So I'm sending it back with a note demanding my refund as there was a return address on a label. Fingers crossed I get my money back.

Awful company and they do not respond to messages. Waited a long time for my order to come and when it did it was shocking! Nothing like the picture and awful quality definitely not worth the price. Still waiting for someone to reply regarding a return.

Do not use this company!!!!!! They are appalling. Their clothes are cheap and poor quality, and they do not answer any attempts at contact from customers to get a refund!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!

So almost 2 months and I didn’t receive nothing

This website is absolutely terrible. I ordered a dress for my friends wedding, got my email to say they had received the order then nothing. I’ve sent message after message and still no response, I’ve got in touch with PayPal to get a refund but they are waiting for a response to. I’m currently talking to trading standards as I think this is the only way this business can get shut down for good!
All this company do is take your money, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT ALL!!!

2 status - awaiting shipment
Well.... After that, no communication, no reply to any of my questions on current delivery status.
No reply in Facebook page
No reply to email
No reply to PayPal contact

Also, each contact details is different.
Money were taken from my account via PayPal.
Still no delivery and I have no idea where is my purchase, as there is no way of contacting anyone from this business!!

Terms are showing next working day shipping!! No its not!!

Do not order! Do not waste your money. I was waiting for my order 3 weeks. Got it today and dresses are awful. Very bad quality :-( I can't attach any photos I m afraid.

So disappointed ordered a tip on 21st may . Got one e mail to confirm order and nothing since no tracking number nothing . I messaged them on face book they advised issue with delivery and would update . It's now 10.06.21 and have requested a refund but again no response . Is this company a fraud does anyone know ..it wasn't as if it was cheap with postage either . I seem to have to chase the order and get no update from them at all. ..........well since posting this review I have sent at least five messages and two e mails even put comment on Facebook to ask someone to contact me . No sign of my order ..no response..no refund so safe to say this is a scam site .DO NOT PURCHASE from this site . They had no problem taking my money .

Do not order!! There's a reason they don't show Facebook reviews. Placed an order after I looked at the shipping details. Says company is based in Nottingham. Shipping says shipped on the Next working day for the UK...oh no they don't...you received an email saying 'awaiting shipping'...5 days later I FB message, says they get back to you in a few hours ...no they don't, today over 10 days after placing my order I get 'shipped' email...I messaged again as their shipping info on their website contradicts this...no tracking info supplied so God knows if it's actually been shipped ...still no response to my messages....issue ongoing!!

Still waiting over 4 weeks later on my item. They don’t respond to Facebook messages, their email doesn’t work. They don’t have a phone number. Absolutely shocking, they have robbed me blind. AVOID!!!

I wish I'd checked the reviews before ordering. Item never arrived, no contact at all from them about delivery. Soon discovered they were a scam site. Did a dispute through paypal and thankfully received full refund.

Shame 0 stars is not an option. My order hasn't turned up 8 weeks later. No response to any messages. Reported to action fraud. Suggest others do the same

Do not buy from this company . Sent my poor quality dresses back and not recive any money back. No communication at all.

I would give zero stars if that was an option!! Got sent 1 completely different product and the product that was "correct" looked nothing like the pattern on the picture. This company then took two weeks to respond to my "how do I return email" to say send back and we will refund. Have sent back and now not had a refund so I am £40 +postage out of pocket. DO NOT USE!!!! Absolutely s***, will be hassling them until I receive my refund.

i cant contact company and i have had to dispute via paypal to receive my refund. i wouldnt order again from this company

I ordered a long line chunky knit cardigan and received a short out of shape rank looking cardigan .I have messaged them on there website facebook and instagram with no response i want to return the goods for a full refund

Avoid this company at all costs. They take your money but do not send the goods. If you message the business to track an order, they do not respond.
The Company is a rip off.
