The free server that has been promised to me worked only one time ,after I shut it down (turned it off for a day) it stopped working the next day (I couldn’t start and play on the server) + the server can not be found on the BeamMP search list. Also if you select the map you want it still chooses an other map you had not selected.

Sorry for the rough start — none of that is how it should run, and all three are fixable. The map loading differently than you picked is almost always the ServerConfig.toml still pointing at the old map, so the panel's map dropdown and the config file need to match. A server not showing on the BeamMP list usually comes down to the AuthKey not being set (or the master list briefly rejecting it), and a free server that won't restart after being turned off is normally a quick fix on our end.
If you open a ticket on the site or hop into our Discord and mention this review, we'll get it starting reliably, appearing on the BeamMP browser, and loading the map you actually selected. We'd really like to turn this one around for you — thanks for the detailed write-up, it helps us pin it down faster.

Something I would like to be made available would be some quick options to make moderating or running a server a little easier, like something to select online players to teleport them or something, especially for BeamNG!

That's a solid suggestion too. In-server admin tools — like a player list you can select from to teleport or manage people — would make running a BeamNG server much smoother, and it's the kind of quality-of-life feature we'd love to add. Great beammp hosting
Very good but one thing that keeps happening to me is the server dissapearing from the server list but atleast it tells you in the console so thats another very good thing.

Thanks for the kind words! You're right that the console flagging it is handy — but a server dropping off the BeamMP list shouldn't be a regular thing. It's usually the server briefly losing its connection to the BeamMP master list or the AuthKey hiccupping, and it's worth us taking a look so it stays listed consistently.

Eddig nem volt gond a szerverrel. Egy Beam Mp szervert bérelek már régóta. Tökéletesen fut és mindig tudunk csatlakozni. Mostanában gondoltam mapot váltok és teszek fel néhány új modot. Viszont nem tudom leállítani a szervert. Ezáltal nem tudom módosítani sem az. Nyitottam egy tickettet és jött is a válasz, hogy megcsinálták. Sajnos nem sikerült és nem volt változás. Majd írtam ismét. Ismét írták hogy kész de semmi. Ez megy napok óta. Remélem hamar meg lesz a hiba.

The pink spheres you're seeing are actually a known quirk of BeamMP itself rather than the server. They appear when a player's game fails to load or sync a custom vehicle mod. It's most common on servers running custom mods, and the usual fixes are clearing the BeamMP client mod cache and rejoining, and making sure all mods are uploaded to the server's Resources/Client folder (rather than players installing them locally) so everyone syncs the same versions.

Pay for Nothing Scam
I Paid for a Server & included the Startup Package that cost an extra 7$, the Server was up after just 12hrs but the Startup Package was not installed, I waited some more to see if it would be installed later on but after 2 days there was still nothing. The Startup Package did include an install of Server Managing Tools & a few Mods.
I made a Support Ticket on the Website which then told me to go on Discord to get faster help. So I did that, went on Discord to make a Ticket for not recieving a Service (that i had to PAY for) and after 3 Whole days of not getting an answer I was asking the Community if Support is actually active. Another 2 Days go by and I formerly comlain about the lack of Support on the PAID SERVICE and got banned from the Discord for it because I should have complained about it in a Support Ticket instead.
Ridiculous behavior, so I cancelled the Server and thought that would be it. Jokes on me because 3months later I get a Charge for my Server that I cancelled 3months ago and suddenly I have to pay almost double the price per month? I ignored it and nothing happened. My take on Connect Hosting, its a Scam. Taking Money for a Service they then don't give you & banning you of their Support Service for Complaining about it.

Hi, I'm sorry this went the way it did — a Startup Package you paid for should never have been left uninstalled, and a charge on a server you'd cancelled isn't right either. That would've been refunded and put straight at the time, and the Discord ban shouldn't have happened. I have contacted them 1 billion times about canceling a server that used to be free. I used literally one time or two and now it's been like two years and they keep charging me one dollar or something a month and it's not about the dollar, it's because I don't need the service and I've tried to cancel 1 billion times and it used to be free and I didn't even tell me anything again. This is probably my third complaint. I'm making as I'm writing this review to their service but they literally just seems like they just don't give a rats anus horrible experience.

Horrible support and Billing
I paid for a server on 3/17/26 and on 3/20/26 they said i didn't pay and shut my server off while my friends and I were playing. After that they corrected it even though I already paid twice by giving me 33 days i paid for 60 already at this point plus i tried to correct the billing and it terminated my server losing all of my files. Then they built me a new server and tried to charge me a 3rd time so i canceled and will be going through another company. Do not do service with this provider their customer service does nothing.

Money Taken, Server Stuck In Pending.
I've paid over 30$ CAD for a semi annual BeamMP server and am not getting any response from tickets or discord, server is currently still pending. tickets unanswered. idk if this should be considered a " Top Pick " for Server Hosting.
UPDATE: After about 20 hours i have gotten a reply finally. i will say they at least compensate for the inconveniences.

terrible service
Horizon hosting literally gives you better specs, 100% uptime, and is way cheaper than this. Literally connect hosting keeps going down and it costs the same amount to switch the region your server runs on as it does to purchase a great server on horizon hosting. + Connect hosting has literally been down for a day. Waste of $14.

Much better alternatives + servers go down
Horizon hosting has servers with better specs and even more ram for only 3-4 dollars while connect hosting charges 12. Connect hosting servers also go down a lot so you cant even access the server you paid for a lot of the time.

A scam. I bought a beammp server for 1,19€ and i know its cheap but it's still money, they took the money from me but i never even got the server. I opened a ticket about it and the never answered.
