Worst app, total fraud. Is it Gov approved app??

totally fraud company, taken 1800 rs extra for guarantee to take confirm ticket or 2x refund, but such a condition of 2x refund that u will always loose 1800 rs extra all the time and your ticket will never get confirmed. they are earning huge amount of money for giving false promise of confirm ticket... neither u will able to use 2x refund which they r giving to use for the same traveler within7 days (they will not give you confirmed ticket within 7 days for sure)so at the end you will keep loosing money all the time. big fraud

l have never seen this type of worst app. i missed my tatkal booking because of it shows that tatkal booking is 11: 30. Now the original scam comes it suggests that one option and i booked that option it asks amount is debited if the ticket confirms or paid now. I opt first but the amount is debited and the ticket is not confirmed. Finally I got 300 rs less refund. dont trust this app.

Completely scam. If ticket is not confirmed, then coupons in term of refund will be provided for limited time to be used within 10 days. Now if you use the coupon, error comes that this is not valid for the user.

A big scam company...not even a single time the tikcet gets confirmed. he will take whole of our money and showcase he is giving us 3 times more but in reality he is giving us our money and that too very less. Please don't fall prey to these corporate scamsters. I don't understand why irctc give permissions and leverage to these fraud companies.

Scammers!!!! They show you fake availability from alternate stations and when you book it goes on waiting!!!! Stay away from these scammers!

It's totally crap never use this app. They are cheaters also don't opt for assured refund or 3X return policy - it's a scam. Rail Ministry has to take this matter serioussley.

useless site, most of the time doesn't work and even if works sometime gives inaccurate timings. This website should be blocked.

The Confirm Ticket App is totally Fraud APP. They Robing the money from common people. The is mad only to ROB the money from common people. Do not trust this app anymore. They are promising to refund 3 Times of ticket price if the ticket is not confirmed. The real fact is that they even not refund your money what you had paid to this Confirm Ticket Team. They are playing with common people time, money and emotions.

The initial payment was around ₹2,500, yet we received a return of only ₹1,645 yesterday. When we called the company, they claimed, "Sir, we issued you a coupon worth three times the payment, but you failed to utilize it." We argued, "At least *tell* us about it!" but they retorted, "You receive a notification on the IRCTC app." Now, tell me—is the IRCTC app a WhatsApp chat interface that we are expected to keep open constantly, waiting to instantly read any message they might send? Now they simply say, "Sorry, Sir, there is nothing we can do." Friends, my money is gone. I am posting this message to warn all of you and to leave a review for this company, urging you not to waste your hard-earned money by using their services, as this is a fraudulent company. Do not—even by mistake—pay this company to confirm your tickets, as they engage in deceptive practices against people. Ultimately, you are all sensible individuals; please think carefully before making any decisions. Thank you.

“I do not recommend booking tickets on this app at the last moment. They may cancel your ticket during emergencies and only offer an apology. In my case, my ticket was not confirmed, yet I was still charged high cancellation fees. Please be cautious and aware of such practices.”

Confirmtkt is the worst app.Booked ticket my ticker in AC 2 tier was in RAC,paid 5910₹,2100 extra for guranteed seat but my 26/4/2026 ticket is not confirmed. I hv to share seat with someone, worst service.

Very bad service and very high charges both are though Dinesh kumar kotha and sripad vidya the are founder of confirmtkt. Logo ko lutne ka kam bhot achhe se kiya dono ne.

Worst experience with customer service, no concern for customers. I was quoted to call 4 hours before the travel to get the full refund and when I called them they denied on my face and said we don't have any record of your call and stalled me to wait so that I miss the opportunity and don't get the refund. I shared them the screenshot of my call record and they said we didn't receive any call on that day from me. Customer service agent Misbah and Arsad were the ones I talked to he kept saying that if I have the recording of the then I can help we don't have any recording of calls. They are not even following their own policy how will they help customers, now they are just saying sorry. they keep spreading wrong information and incompetent employees will stall you. I advised everyone to use IRCTC instead of them. they just want your money, greedy company with no compassion for customers. This is a fraud company. The offer they give for 3x refund is a scam to attract people. But I will tell you this had happened before that they were supposed to give 3x refund instead they refund the same amount and deducted 300 rupees.
So I advise everyone to not to you this fraud company. Use IRCTC it's safer than Confirmtkt.

The whole booking and refund process is a scam. As per the 3X return policy, apart from the base fare which is returned, a coupon is provided to be availed within 7 days to book an alternative ticket. However when one uses the coupon to book the ticket, its not accepted.
A complete waste of time and money.

I have booked my train ticket from Delhi to Kamakhya and added an alternate benefit because the ticket was not confirmed or was cancelled at the time of departure date . The confirmed ticket option provides choices for alternate benefits, and I chose a bus coupon. I received a coupon worth 1650 Rs., but when I tried to book a bus ticket using the coupon, it didn't work or show any options. It only worked for bookings within 100 km from my departure place. I was unable to book the bus ticket, despite multiple attempts to contact customer care, but I received no response. This company has shown benefits to customers but has ultimately turned out to be a scam because they do not deliver on their promises.
