Item purchased three weeks ago and still not arrived
I received an email to say that the item was being sent (over a week after purchase) a further week and a half later and I am yet to receive item or confirmation of receiving item from Royal Mail. Would NOT buy from concept kits again

To clarify, your order was dispatched directly from our warehouse rather than waiting for it to arrive at our UK premises first. We do this during busy periods to help customers receive their orders sooner overall.
Although you’ve received a dispatch confirmation, this doesn’t necessarily mean Royal Mail has received or scanned the parcel yet. The item is already moving through the network, and we’re currently seeing many parcels only receive their first Royal Mail scan on the day they are delivered.
We understand it’s frustrating when tracking doesn’t update immediately, but this doesn’t mean your order hasn’t been dispatched. We appreciate your patience while it’s in transit and hope that once your jersey arrives, you’ll consider updating your review to reflect the complete experience.
Took a while but it’s a great top
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered an England football shirt on 10th June specifically to wear for the World Cup games. After placing my order, I was told there was a delay but that it would be with me the following week.
Every time I contact customer service, I’m given the same response—that it will be dispatched within the next 1–2 days. Weeks later, I’m still being told exactly the same thing with no progress or honest update.
I’ve now missed three England games, which is the whole reason I bought the shirt in the first place. If I’d known it would take this long, I would never have placed the order.
At this point, I’m genuinely concerned that I’ve been scammed. The lack of communication and repeated false promises have been incredibly frustrating.
I would not recommend ordering from this company based on my experience.

The top finally did arrive and i really like it!

There was a delay on delivery due to it’s being a busy period but Ash was really honest and open about this throughout. They made me feel they genuinely cared and tried their upmost to get the shirt to me ASAP.
The shirt I purchased got to me in time to surprise my partner in his World Cup trip!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Ordered my item on 8th of June, still waiting for it now. I have emailed and Concept has stated that it son its way. However, the royal mail tracking app still has the same comment that they are waiting to receive from sender. I email each day now and Concept have no stopped responding to provide any updates. I have also asked for a refund which they have refused.

We're sorry that you're disappointed with the delivery time, but we'd like to clarify a few points.
We have not refused your refund request. As explained in our previous email correspondence, your order has already been dispatched and is currently in transit. Because of this, we're unable to cancel and refund the order while it's on its way to you. If, once it arrives, you no longer wish to keep it, you're welcome to return it to us in line with our returns policy.
Your tracking number is GV462208151GB. Whilst Royal Mail is still showing "awaiting to receive from sender", this status is normal until the parcel is scanned into their network and does not mean the parcel has not been dispatched.
We have responded to your emails and our position has remained consistent throughout. We appreciate that waiting is frustrating, particularly during the World Cup, but sending multiple emails every day unfortunately slows down our response times for other customers during what has been our busiest period ever.
Based on the latest information, we expect your order to arrive by the weekend, and we hope you'll enjoy your shirt when it does.

Satisfied delivery of England top
I ordered an England top which is of excellent quality.
Shipped out within a few days.
Delivery service Yodel were spoken to by the company as I hadn’t received my item after a week, I was assured by concept it was on its way and had been delivered to wrong depot, few days later it was with me.
Sizing as described. Very happy.

My ordered shirt was too small. These sizes are small. I would go up a size. This isn’t the issue though. I returned my shirt via next day delivery 2 weeks ago and still I have not had my refund. I have emailed this company three times and up to date have not had a response let alone my money back. Very poor customer service. I’d go elsewhere next time x

During a recent change of systems, sensitive customer payment data was not transferred for security and data-protection reasons. Unfortunately, this meant your refund could not be processed through the usual automated method and required manual action.
This is also our busiest period of the year due to the World Cup, which has led to unusually high levels of orders and customer enquiries. While this explains the delay in our response, we fully accept that our communication should have been better.

We have searched our system thoroughly and cannot find any emails or correspondence from “K Noble” regarding this order. Had you contacted us directly, we would have happily assisted and provided an update.
Stating publicly that this is a “fake website” is a serious and damaging accusation against a legitimate business that fulfils thousands of orders. Your order was placed on 19th May and remains within our stated delivery timeframe.
We understand concerns around delivery delays, especially during busy periods, but we ask customers to contact us first before posting misleading claims publicly. We are always available to help resolve genuine issues professionally.

Shocking and very poor service
Very poor service. Purchased a size based on their published size guide, the shirt arrived as the stated size (XXL) however the label stated the size in cm which correlated to their XL size. Have requested a swap for the correct size but have no had no response. Very disappointing - STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

Yes you have replied previously, and have since I posted on Trust Pilot. My issue is that your own sizing guide states a XL is between 110-117cm. My garment has a XXL label with a size stated as 116cm, which puts it in the XL category. Clearly highlighting the wrong label has been put on the item.
It’s really not a difficult or challenging situation. Just swap the shirt for a LFL replacement in the correct size.
Unbelievable how naive a company can be in what is such a simple situation which has lead me to writing a poor review.
Ridiculous offer of £12.50 towards a new shirt.
You can do better.

We’ve reviewed your order and can confirm the item supplied is a 2XL, and the measurements correspond with the XXL sizing shown on our published size guide at the time of purchase. The garment label reflects the manufacturer’s cm measurements, which align with our sizing chart used across XL–XXL.
We also want to clarify that we did respond to your request, and we did offer account credit via email so you could choose a replacement jersey of your choice. As outlined in our policy, personalised/customised items are made to order and are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty or incorrect.
