Amazing!
We had a particularly long and drawn out period to exchange, but Helen was absolutely amazing! She liased back and forth with not only her clients solicitor, but ours as well, and our estate agent, and without her help we would not have exchanged when we did. Unnecessary service
Unfortunately we didn’t feel that this service made any difference to us. The reports although consistent only ever told us what we had done (such as forms completed or questions responded to) or what our solicitor had already spoken to us about.

Sold my house with Liberty and complete asap
Just completed on my house! At the start I was assigned to a case manager, (I forgot her name) but she apparently got fired or left the company halfway through my case, haha! But anyway, then a lady called Liberty came along and saved the day and finished the sale. Libby updated my case notes to me regularly so I knew exactly what was going on and when, and on several occasions was always free for a chat which took away the stress of house selling away instantly! So, I thank you for your competent service 5/5. Also, thanks to completeASAP for choosing good solicitors also!
