Hey Yessica! We're really sorry to hear that this was your experience with CommPeak. We've checked your ticket regarding configuring DID numbers with your SIP account and forwarding calls to your Skype number. Our team explained that, for what you were requesting, you need to use a landline or mobile number. For the DID numbers, we also suggested getting a PBX system that could better handle your requirements. We've tried contacting you several times to resolve the issue but never received a response. Please feel free to reach back out to us. We'd be more than happy to discuss the situation and come up with a solution.
