We had a very disappointing experience with Didlogic.

Our account was suddenly suspended without any prior notice or request for verification. After receiving internal board approval to proceed with Didlogic as our provider, we attempted to finalize the setup by adding our payment method, only to find that our login displayed a message stating that the account was blocked.

When we contacted support, the only response we received was that they were unable to create an account for us, without any further explanation or attempt to resolve the issue.

This situation has caused a significant waste of time and resources on our side. We had already invested effort into configuring routing rules and completing internal approvals, assuming we were moving forward with a reliable partner.

For context, we are a global e-commerce company operating through seven subsidiaries worldwide. Given our scale and legitimate business operations, the lack of transparency and communication is particularly concerning.

Based on this experience, it appears that Didlogic is either unable or unwilling to support businesses like ours. We would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

Absolutely awful service, seriously. My fresh account was suspended within 5 minutes of creation with no notification whatsoever. Upon reaching out to support, they dryly replied that they cannot create an account for me, with no explanation. Any further inquiry was ignored entirely. This is no way to treat customers. Shame on those guys.
