A massive disappointment! Poor responses, terrible results and a complete waist of time for my business.

I recently joined the company and till now I must say my experience has been amazing. I would like to personally thanks to Laura, who even being on her holiday, gave me the time to clear all my doubts.

They have been amazing people

CommissionCrowd have the best customer support so far. We're very happy with the way Mo, Michael, Alisdair and the rest handled CityTech so far.

Their Customer Service is out of this world, really good.

I have been in various roles and fields, especially in roles of international business, trading and sourcing for my clients (both exporters and importers). In the searching process, I luckily and by chance met CommissionCrowd (CC) and loved CC since then.
That is an excellent platform for me in connecting with business partners to find opportunities and build relationships on mutual beneficial and long term basis. In very short time, I could easily find my Principal and acted as their Independent Sales Agent for commission only. There are so many opportunities there waiting for Principal Companies and Sales Agents to make money and be richer.
So Great! So Perfect! So Fantastic! I would like to use all my best words for CC.
CC is too young, but can be proud of positive progresses so far, and if continues keeping good & hard work I strongly believe CC will become a brightest star in several years ahead.

Hoping to see a lot of active agents

CommissionCrowd is perhaps one of the best tools i've found online that connects businesses with commission-only agents. It is a very logical platform for Agents to connect with Companies needing a Commission-Based sales force. I think this whole concept is fantastic.

The User Interface works really well for the most part. I think both the companies and users need to refine a bit their use of keywords so the filtering becomes a little more accurate, but i really appreciate having keywords to begin with. it does make the searching a lot simpler.

So (1) a great tool, (2) a great interface.. (3) Simply the best Customer Sales. When you have a concern, you don't get a Robot answering you - you get a Human. I got Ryan replying to me and the email exchange was as casual as a conversation. It was to the point, infused with great advice casually imparted which i liked and will work on.

Having the human connect is more valuable than we realize. I'm new to CommissionCrowd, but knowing that i have Ryan and others like him there to help me through, I'm far more confident and trusting in this site because I can see the people behind it.

Great Site, Great Team, Great CS, I would definitely recommend this site if anyone every asked me. I would advertise this site for free on my own app.

A friend told me about Commission crowd and I couldn't be any more disappointed. 1) I had secured two appointments with Ryan Mattock with for two different companies. He missed the first one and I was understanding. The next day, he missed both calls! I sent him another email, again being understanding, and he never got back to me. What service and what a waste of my time! 2) I applied and partnered up with a company. 2 days later, they only sent a couple of mediocre documents and never touched base with me over the phone. Now, I see quality of service and companies that Commission Crowd works with. I was expecting effective, secured, professional service as this isn't some child's game.

I was a bit apprehensive about joining this site in the beginning, as I found it a bit expensive but I took the risk and registered because I needed to find a suitable sales rep for my brand and other agency sites didn't look very professional and had bad reviews. I can honestly say that the guys I have communicated with in the team (Michael and Mo) have been really great, they offer fast customer service when I have questions and have been very supportive by giving me tips on how to present an attractive and genuine sales opportunity. Within 1 week I got a response from an agent who is a very suitable partner for my brand, who had all the connections we needed and who was also very excited to work with us! I was also happy to find that there was a decent number of agents in the UK who are specialised in sales within my industry.

I am looking at my membership with CC as a business investment and hoping for the best. It really is a safe platform to use and they vet their agents and companies, which makes it genuine. I am happy with the service and am looking forward to seeing great results!

An excellent site which takes so much leg work out of developing a sales portfolio. Intuitive and easy to use with clear thought put into UX and features specific to the needs of contract salespeople.

Ive recommended this to many companies looking for skillset and networks outside of mine because of how much I believe it offers to organisations needing freelance sales functions.

Commission crowd has been a great platform in my experience. Other job listing websites are filled with independent sales listings that are borderline scams. I've been able to find multiple companies that align well with my selling style and experience and would recommend the platform to both businesses and agents.

I must say -CommisionCrowd is fantastic- customer service is always responsive- from a sales agent's point of view there is no shortage of opportunities and i have had a few responses straightawayand i have been able to pick the job that is going to work for me- so i am glad i found you guys and thank you Ryan for keeping in touch with me from the beginning

I've been a member for nearly three months now and while it took a little while (around a month) to find my first salesperson, my experience has been fantastic! Having tried various job sites without prior success, these guys take a different approach. Their team worked with us to get us to what they call the 'agent ready' stage before posting our company's profile and starting our outreach strategy.

I've learned a lot that the other services I've used in the past don't take the time to show you. They really care about the success of your business and show you what it takes to be successful with this very specific type of salesperson. As of today i'm currently in talks with three additional sales people, two of which should be starting with us next month and now we have our process in place i'm confident there will be many more to come.

Similar experiences to these other complaints. It cost me a grand to get one response from a sales rep, and that person didn't sell enough to cover the recruitment cost. Meanwhile, customer service has a very sorry-not-sorry attitude. Once they have your money, good luck!
