Paid the lifetime service of $9.90 but I am not able to access the dashboard at all. It left me on an endless loop of forced onboarding. I emailed their support but still has no reply. It seems it is only trying to get access to my email since it asked for its user and password. Seems sketchy. Stay away from this at all cost.

FAKE COMPANY! I’m unable to fetch any data—every attempt results in the error: “❌ Something Went Wrong: Failed to fetch.” The platform then prompts me to create an account on Serper.dev and add the API key, but even after doing that, the issue still persists.

I had a very bad experience with Adgrow / getle.ad.
After paying €9.90 for a “lifetime” plan, I was never able to access the service. The dashboard link returns errors, and logging in simply redirects back to a payment page. In practice, the service is completely unusable.
Despite this, support claims the service is “active and available” and refuses to issue a refund. This is simply not true — I have never been able to access anything.
There is also no working way to manage or cancel the subscription from inside the platform, as they claim.
In my opinion, this is extremely misleading and raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the service.
I have documented everything (errors, login issues, screenshots) and will proceed with a chargeback.
I strongly advise others to be very cautious before purchasing anything from Adgrow / getle.ad.

This company is a joke
This company is a joke. I was enticed in by a deal on instagram - which transpired had expired!
Trying to reach customer service is like trying to win the lottery, almost impossible as the majority of it is run by AI - AI support that then passes you on to another AI support agent (via email). When I eventually got through to a real person - they did state they'd honour the advertised package only to then be told it was no longer possible but this other new new package was. I swiftly unsubscribed and yet I keep getting once or twice a week emails from their AI support staff (as in the support isn't a real person) with updates even though I've unsubscribed multiple times and even asked the real person I spoke to to STOP email me. It's now considered spam so of course I've flagged. If this is the UX then I hate to think how it would be working with them. I suggest picking a more real option.

Lifetime Deal is a Complete Scam – Hidden Third-Party API Costs Exposed
I saw their ad on Facebook promising a lifetime deal on getle.ad. I purchased it expecting full access to lead generation.
After payment, the dashboard requires a Serper.dev API key (a third-party service). They only offer 2,000 free credits there, which run out quickly. Without paying extra for more API credits, you can't generate any leads at all.
This makes the "lifetime deal" worthless – it's bait-and-switch marketing. They're still running the same misleading ads. Avoid this scam at all costs!
