After being on hold for three weeks, I was denied coverage for my drone business by an email.
I rarely give bad reviews on anything but costumer service on your part was poor.

Very easy to do business with great job explaining options

Great service, responded right away. Friendly and helpful. The price was nice too.

The agent was warm and friendly. We discussed my options and I made a decision that was good for me.

The experience was easy, fast, and I got a good rate.

I started on one insurance company's page, ended up here without explanation. I have received calls from call centers who simply are asking the exact same questions that I answered on line. I have been repeatedly transferred and left on hold only to be told no actual agents are available. The calls started again yesterday and I dutifully repeated myself again. I got transferred to someone in a busy call center that between the background noise and the person's challenges with the English language nearly every question was repeated to be understood. I was then placed on hold again to transfer me to an agent. Once they finally found someone, I was transferred and...disconnected. So this fourteen minute call, mostly spent on hold and constantly repeating the same things was simply a waste of time. Whoever they connected me with actually did call me back, but as yet has been unable to help. I'm now getting emails from other random people in the system and am no further in actually getting coverage.

Pike insurance has done a great job, very happy. good service on all ends. Stephen Nelson has been great to work with.

My industry is hard to Insure, commercial insurance did not help me at all. You are referring me to people I have already talked to.

Terrible process and am completely dissatisfied.

The process of finding the right insurance provider for an art teacher was difficult. The staff kept working to find someone to meet my needs.

Site says “ 5 min online quote” ...but surprise, surprise...same old scam...just want to sell your info...that’s why I ALWAYS give an address close to mine (but not mine)...a bogus phone number...and a false name when filling out forms online...I give them enough info to give me a quote but not my actual info...that way when they screw me over (for the 10 minutes I just wasted...not 5 like they advertise) AND then DON’T give the quote...ie. ”a representative will be contacting you shortly”....then I don’t endure unwanted phone calls and getting on lists that I don’t need.

That’s why Commercialinsurance gets 1 Star.

5 Transfers that lead to finding out they did not handle residential insurance. Why do insurance companies always outsource this nonsense to endless 3rd parties?
