Constantly transferring me to different company's who then either don't answer or transfer you to someone else. It seems to be neverending

I appreciate the quick response from the company. I want to discuss more details about the commercial insurance. I like to see more of what you are offering, the terms, and conditions. However, I really like the personal service provided by email at this point in time. Thank you.

I have not talked to anyone so I can't rate you.

It gave me different options.

Agent called and got my information, said she would call back next day and I haven’t heard back from her.

I was told I was going to receive quote via email the next day. No quote ever came back. Checked spam just to be on safe side it did not end up there. To this day, never received quote. Therefore I will take my business elsewhere.

Did not offer a quote for my particular business without any detail explaining why. A lot of wasted time requesting a quote for nothing.

DONT LET ANY OF YOU SO CALLED EMPLOYEES ANSWER PHONE UNTIL THEY HAVE BEEN TRAINED OR AT LEAST GIVEN SOME INFORMATION AS TO WHAT IT IS RHEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE DOING. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WHY YOU ARE GOING TO GO BANKRUPT

I called for a quote and the lady who answered the phone asked all the personal and business data. After that she transferred me to a specialist. I had basically to explain the same again and answer a lot of the same questions. The call got interrupted for unknown reasons. However, they explicitly had asked for my phone number so they could call me back. They did not call back. So 2 hours later I called them again. The operator wanted to start the same procedure but I told her that all my data are already in their computer. She transferred me again to a specialist. Not the same guy I already had spoken to. This so called specialist had no clue what he was doing. He was reading business related questions from a list. Absolutely nonsensical. Many of these questions did not make any sense related to my business. Anybody with common sense would have understood this. This person apparently did not. I tried to explain to him why certain questions make no sense and give him instead information which really would have been relevant for any insurer to assess my situation correctly. He half heartedly listened but I could tell from his reaction that he was totally overwhelmed. After he had finished his questionnaire he said he was waiting for the computer to generate a quote. After minutes of waiting he apologized and said that he cant give me a quote and somebody would need to call me back. Guess what? I never got a call.

The insurance wasn't able to find me any insurance that covered Catering Companies. It makes no sense, especially when its a need for this kind of insurance for the Catering Companies.

I never heard back from you guys. You said you would contact me with a quote after a week and it's been over 2 weeks and the only contact you made was with a survey through email

Wasted almost 2 hours getting bounced around to different "pre-qualified carriers" which is total BS. Each time I had to go through the entire info process only to be told we don't do coverage for that and bounced to the next and the next and even got bounced back to a previous company!. Don't waste your time

I am super happy with the service - they put me in touch with the right insurance provider and I got great coverage, assistance understanding what I needed, and a very reasonable rate. Thank you so much!
