I purchased from here about 2 months ago, my tracking stopped updating 10/05 so I thought it was a scam and I’d lost my money. To my surprise it was delivered 11/04 without any updates in between! The clothes are nice quality and exactly as pictured. If I would’ve had more accurate tracking info I wouldn’t have any complaints but Comfyboutiques.com is a legitimate site! I’d order again despite the terrible tracking

I bought World Series shirts as a gift and asked when they would come and I received an answer on the 28th of October …..as follows:

“As we checked, your products are preparing to be sent out.
Please don't worry about that.
We will update for you once it's on delivery.“

Have yet to get an update …the World Series is over today, Nov 1… So disappointed.

Took 2 months to get here and the $60 hoodie was made out of the cheapest material you can imagine. Feels disgusting. Going into the dumpster immediately. Im keeping the Tshirts but I can already tell its so cheap that the decals are going to dissolve after one wash. Do not buy from them. Absolute waste of money. I could have bought decals and made better quality myself.

Do not order from this company. It is false advertisement about their company and products. Very poor quality, sizes are not accurate, the items are also not what is advertised, and they will not issue refunds. They are also not in the U.S. as their website states. My order came from Italy! This company is a complete scam!

This company’s website looks legitimate, with a clean design and a clearly stated return policy and customer care guarantee. Do not be fooled. It is a complete scam. The products are cheap, poorly made, and nothing like what is advertised. When I reached out to customer service, it became obvious they were outsourced and barely understood English. The website never mentions that.

To make things worse, their refund requirements are completely different from what is stated in their own return policy. They invent new rules just to avoid issuing refunds. It is dishonest and unethical.

They do not honor their guarantees, and they absolutely do not care about their customers. Save yourself the frustration and wasted money. Do not buy from this company.

I’d give a 0 if I could. I purchased a hat with writing (a phrase) and it looked like my pre-schooler applied the lettering! There was no rhyme or reason to the application, it wasn’t centered, there was a big gap between the letters in a single word, HORRIBLE! The Chinese company told me they’d give me $5 back on a $35 dollar hat (no I didn’t do my research) DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! CHEAP CHINESE PRODUCTS!!!!!

Extremely poor quality and poor service. Ordered a hat which the picture showed to be embroidered, it was a cheap iron on which was off-center and damaged. When you request a refund, they will not do and will only offer a couple dollars in return. Beware.

This is such a scam. I ordered several things two months ago and have yet to recent of my merchandise. I’ve sent numerous emails with no reply’s. I highly recommend NOT ordering from this ‘company’… it’s a rip off

Right after I placed my order, I noticed they took more money than the price of the order and shipping. They credited back the difference but I requested to cancel my order. I got nothing but the runaround and would not cancel the order. After many weeks the shirt arrived, however the sizing is way off. I ordered a woman's large but the shirt looks like it is a man's large. When I reported this issue, again received nothing but the runaround. They wanted waybill numbers, pictures, etc. This company is a nothing but a scam and they are blatant theives!!

Almost a month later and I still haven’t received my merchandise. And they won’t refund my money. I highly recommend no one buy anything from them.

Nothing to recommend. Tops were unlabeled ... Re manufacture, size or material etc. Material advertised as linen was actually cheap cotton and not the style that was shown on their site. Also sizing did not fit.
Unable to return as package would have to be sent back and tracked.
This company is in China and to return would cost around $100.
Difficult to get a response from company and basically lost all the money I spent for an unbeatable product.

This company is scammers.I waited 4 weeks for my order and it was all wrong.I sent them pictures of what they sent me which was 80 some dollars and they wanted to compessate me 18.00! Never again!scammers

This company sent me incorrect items, then refused to refund me and insisted I keep the items I didn't order. The quality is also poor. I definitely learned my lesson with them. Horrible company and horrible customer service.

Ordered a shirt. Poor quality. Cheap and thin material. Was too small. An XL would not fit my 11 year old. They would not take a return. They would not give a credit. They suggested I give to a friend. Here is there exact response:

“Thanks for your great support and the pictures.

But as our warehouse checked, the product they sent to you is correct according to your order.
So sorry for the inconvenience that they do not fit you. Will it be possible to give them to others?
They are superior in quality and reasonable in price, and also have been in top-seller in our store for many years.

If I could rate 0 stars I would.
This company is one bit fat lie.
They lie in the their return policy.
You will receive a package from a Canadian shipping address. If you need to return your clothing you will enter an exhaustion email negotiation to get 100% of your money back.
Finally, when they can not reel you in with their negotiations to keep some of your money they announce to you that you are required to ship it back to China! International shipping fees and duties.
After many many emails back and forth with “Maria” you might get - might- more than 50% of your expense returned to you.

if you think Comfy Boutiques are bad you ain't seeing nothing yet until you get royally ripped off by Comfyau .
I buy extensively from China , retail for myself and wholesale, am experienced . Comfyau is involved in the most deliberately deceptive advertising I have ever seen . In the USA they would be prosecuted . Somehow they manage to continue . Their utter crookedness is breathtaking , based on a series of complaint emails mocking them and their product which cost $80 and honestly was not worth .80 cents. After battering them with numerous emails I received an offer of a 15% refund , finally a 25% refund so I took it . Do not be persuaded by their brilliant , attractive marketing and advertising --they must have an american copywriter , it is very good indeed, compelling . The difference between these images and words and the reality is wider than the Pacific Ocean . The place is devoted to fraud it now seems clear , not just an occassional substandard product, but a concerted and on-going effort . Beware !

Do not buy from Comfy Boutiques. The merchandise is subpar and cheaply made—if you even receive it. They claimed my order shipped in two parts, but all I got was an old OKC Thunder T-shirt from 2020 instead of the championship shirt they advertised.

When I tried to return the incorrect item, they told me I’d have to pay an outrageous amount for shipping. Instead, they offered a measly $13 credit. Their communication is terrible—the emails are full of broken English and barely make sense.

I’ve asked multiple times for a refund with no success, so I finally had to dispute the charge through my credit card company. The photos on their site are completely misleading. The shirt I received was blurry, poorly printed, and felt like it came from a dollar bin.

Not worth the fabric it was printed on. Hard pass. Save your money and your sanity.

I ordered back on June 3rd and have yet to receive my package. Tracking started in Italy and it has been in Macon US since July 4th. 1 week later I emailed the company and they told me to have patience. I fully expect not to get the package and will be reporting them to my credit card company in an attempt to get my money back. Avoid this company and save yourself the money and aggravation! I wish I had done my homework first.

Horrible company; total scam! I thought I’d done enough research to see if they were legit but sadly not much was out there yet when I purchased from them. The website says you can return but you can’t. They will not accept returns or give you a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM COMFY BOUTIQUES!!!

Send the items to the purchaser . Quit giving out fake tracking orders and blaming the tariff problem for your lack of legitimate shipping. You owe me $104.00 us and I have had to file a complaint with PayPal to try to get reimbursed. Run away from this company, anyone who thinks about purchasing....
