The worst price, the worst service and the worst in the business
Comcast is by far the absolute worst company to deal with. If you just need something simple and basic, they can probably take care of it smoothly, but you will be paying a very high cost. I only hope that issues don’t come up for you, including switching addresses, changing services or altering the current service. Their employees in customer service, though very hard to contact and harder to get a good representative, routinely pass the buck to another person or department while saying there is nothing they can do. Don’t even think about signing up for their Comcast business! If business needs change, you will ultimately be paying substantially higher prices than other companies or be handcuffed with a long contract that will be renewed if ANY changes occur. It is absolutely NO wonder why Comcast has lost about 200,000 customers since the beginning of 2025 (8 months ago). There are MUCH better companies out there who can provide the same product at a lower cost than Comcan’t. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE or you most likely will regret it.

Stuck me with an extra month of service when I called to cancel and then even charged me an extra $50 for the last month as well. None of which I was notified about. BUYER BEWARE.

Returned equipment charges
I returned all the equipment that was given to us. They say a piece is missing (it might have been damaged by UPS or it was never installed). They keep charging us even when we call, they say all has been cleared. I will not use them in the future.
Comcast business is a joke
Comcast business is a joke. Called and ordered internet and phone for new business. Had to postpone because building was still under construction. Took 25 minutes to get a CS person. Told them I needed to reschedule and they just ignored it. Decided to cancel and go with Verizon. Comcast agents have told me several times they understand this. Verizon scheduled and installed me two months ago and Comcast is still insisting that they're coming for an install. Total clown circus. I'll never even consider them again and I'm going to cancel my home service as well..

Our business has been completely shut down by comcast four days four different times so far this year, absolutely would not recommend.

AWFUL. Never signed a contract and got a bill for service that was never setup/used. Got bills and called customer service multiple times. No resolution and threats of collections. Paid $200 over collection threats to ruin my credit. Still trying to get my $ back. Meanwhile receiving Comcast biz Internet offers in mail weekly. Bait and switch, crap customer service, sheister, $#@! Nothing good or positive to say here. Stay away.

Rip off company.do not deal with them.they will bill you whatever they want without your consent .my business been a customer for 4 years and this is how they done to me. customer service is 0 star if I could give them. Comcast business is the worst company to work with. They will jack up prices and will not reduce prices even for long-term customers without making you sign three year contracts. Once you do switch your service they charge you for 30 days after your service disconnection date absolutely the worst. The worst company of crooks ever. They will charge you for service even after you disconnected.
Don't do it
They leave out information about your billing and how much you will be paying to get you to sign a 2-year contract, then when you're overcharged they say there's nothing they can do and repeat their policies like robots. Then if you want to cancel because of the misinformation, you will be charged a $35+ fee for each month that is left in your contract. Not worth it.

DO NOT USE THEM. They make mistakes with your account then blame your for the mistakes and can only help over the phone then complain that you did not send backup documents. How am I supposed to send documents over the phone. HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH!

I called to cancel my business service today and was told I have to wait 30 days to cancel. I don’t have a contract and this is a total rip off so Comcast is actually getting an extra month service from me when my business is already closed. This is corporate greed that it’s worst and I will never go with Comcast again Stay away.
This is terrible company
This is terrible company! They told me after 15 years of being a customer I would have to drive 45 miles to the UPS store to return their equipment. This company had no problem bring the equipment but now the burden on getting them their equipment back. They should save a few more pennies on their broken English speaking customer service and hire some Parrots they can repeat the same lines over and over and will have no idea what your saying.

I would put a zero if I could. Came in on a Monday, no internet after over 5 years with them. Called and stated our auto ACH was turned off and sent to collections. No reason why, just off. No communication at all even attempting to alert us. Poor gal was very helpful to her limit, but if you run a business that runs solely on the internet, I'd look somewhere else.

Worst customer service ever jesus christ. Transfer here and there. And then I CANT EVEN UNDERSTAND THE PERSON HELPING ME WITH THEIR THICK ACCENT. So hard to do anything with these guys. Literally on the phone right now and I cant even get a human on the phone. jfc.......
Constant spam
Constant spam. I recieve 5+ letter per WEEK from comcast business, despite the fact that I already use their service. They are disguised in important looking envelopes saying "time sensitive, open immediately" and other seemingly important vague labels. I have called them multiple times and filled out there online form to remove myself from mailing list. Still receive dozens of these per month. Makes zero sense.
Tired of talking to representatives
I want to pay a flat rate for Internet connectivity indefinitely. I do not want to call your representative every two years to play a numbers game. I want a solid rate that lasts indefinitely. This is not a discounted contractual rate that spontaneously results in marketing phone calls and my time being wasted when it is about to expire. All I need from a service provider is the service, not a game to keep the price reasonable. I am more than happy to find an alternative provider now that there is one available.
Customer service review
At this point, i can't even review the service. What i can review is custumer service. I made a request and someone reached out mentioning a survey of land, said they'd get back to me in roughly a week, never heard from him again, despite my attempts to reach back out. If you can't appease to your customers and at least take acknowledgement, what kind of business are you?
Go anywhere else...
If your business relies on a dependable, consistent internet connection, go ANYWHERE else.
