It’s a nightmare and I’m stuck until my contract is up then I’m going anywhere else! They don’t even care if your internet is down all day and affects business. It’s as bad as dealing with consumers energy. SO BAD and FORGET customer service. It doesn’t exist… IF you’re even able to get to a human without 10,000 answers and codes etc. it’s pathetic don’t get it!

Women Business Owners Beware! We were taken advantage of by Comcast Business Voice Edge. We were oversold with 5 seats when only 1–2 were needed.
Complex system that staff could not effectively use.
Problems updating holiday and seasonal greetings.
Billing higher than the original agreement and double-billing issues. I Have ticket number complaint.
Multiple unresolved support tickets. Three more ticket numbers they have ignored and left unresolved.

Lying scumbags! They said internet and phone would be $85/mo. All the hidden fees later bill came to $129/mo. They slowly ratcheted prices up. I terminated the contract and they had hidden fees on a separate terms and conditions document that I have to pay them $35/mo for the remainder of the contract =$315. Don't give these people your business! They lie and omit information in order to nickel and dime you.

Absolutely awful time with comcast business internet. Not only does it not work when sitting right next to the router, but we constantly receive notifications about service outages, but we don't see any reflection of this in our bill.
We pay for a paper bill to be sent to us every month not only did we not receive the bill, but we still got charged it on top of late fees. When questioning it, the lady on the phone said to just pay online and we won't have to worry about it but that is not how our business operates and WE PAY FOR PAPER, so we need to be receiving them.
In addition to all of this when we were looking to speak to a manger because we were getting nowhere with the person in customer service and she flat out said no. In my opinion if we said this to one of our customers that would not fly at all.... very unprofessional.
Lastly, when we signed our contract with comcast, we signed for so much a month, and we were ok with the pricing. Then our first bill we received beside setup fees was $30 over the monthly contract. This wasn't just taxes it's also "one-time fees" that somehow are never explained clearly as to what they are actually for. This occurs each month consistently making our bill anywhere from $30-$40 over budget per the contract.

We've been a Comcast Business Internet user for over a decade, however the service has become very poor. The guarantee of keeping your business connected seem nonexistent at this point, often taking days to fix reoccurring service issues. The issue is not with the techs, who have been great and knowledgeable, the issue is with their systems and bureaucracy. Actually talking to someone for service has also been put behind walls of bureaucracy and complicated phone trees. Even after cancelling our service, which was intentionally made near impossible to do, they continue to try to bill us. We would never recommend anyone ever use Comcast Business for their business.

I cancelled 10 days before the end of my billing period. I was fine not getting reimbursed for those 10 days but they also are charging me for an extra 30 days. I went with AT&T which is much less expensive with no contracts.
Dishonest service and billing practices
I have spent so much of my life in the last 2 or more years talking to comcast and their billing, to no avail. Hours on the phone negotiating billing prices and I no sooner get a bill adjustment and the billing goes up. No additional service, infact services were dropped. In November of 25, I consulted with them and was told if I changed my land line over to a mobile phone the bill would be reduced. ( requiring buying a new cell phone from them) In Feb. I agreed to based on the fact that they said they would port the phone # over to the new cell in 7 to ten days. They did not get that done till April 18th. I was told that until that was done, I could not cancel my internet service. So I have been billed for more than 2 months of that service at a very high rate and not been using it and in fact had no phone service at all for more than 2 weeks of that time. The manager will not adjust the bill and is charging additional fees.
I have been a Comcast customer for 17 years, their business practices are dishonest and unreliable. Their internet rates are almost 3 times higher than other companies. They give new customers rates that are 3-4 times less than those of established customers. The time and stress of trying to get thru their Ai system to a person is enough to send one to the hospital with high blood pressure and then after a long wait, often the call is disconnected. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.

This is a company that thinks they can train employees to care. A caring nature cannot be taught, but instilled. This is a lesson that they will never know. I am a former employee who was let go for no reason and my when my girlfriend, who was also an employee, went on disability, they terminated her and didn't once try to help her in her situation.
My mom is an elderly widow harassed by Comcast
My mom is an elderly widow on a fixed income. My dad had a business contract with them but died one year before it expired. She has been on the phone trying to cancel since October. She was told to return the router. She sent them back the router and has the mailing receipt. They keep billing her, calling her, giving her conflicting stories, and denying that they got the router . They insist that my dad had to cancel the account. But he is DEAD. And they keep charging her. Then they referred her to a debt collection agency that called her today. Luckily the person took her off that list after hearing her story. I told her to contact her lawyer. This is harassment and elder abuse. Their service that we had in their house was poor as well. There should be a class action lawsuit given the number of people who have had such experiences trying to cancel their accounts!

This company billed.me for two years with no service. It was an over see on my accounting department one it was noticed i reached out to comcast business mobile department i got no response from anyone I was told I was going to get a call back on several occasions with no avail!

I have been with Comcast 17 years now. I asked for a bundle to save money. The opposite happened. I’ve called for 6 months straight without assistance. Sadly their customer service has failed, unfortunately customer care is so important to me that we will not return to Comcast.

Was a customer for over 6 years. My contract expired and my price went from $160 to over $200 a month for 2 phone lines and internet. I called and got a new contract that was suppose to bring down my bill to the original amount. Well that didn't happen and my bill remained over $200. I called and tried to get it fixed and they basically told me to get lost there was nothing they could do. I told them that as soon as I am close to being out of contract I will be leaving and never return. I was lied to by the rep that had me sign a new contract.

I own a business in Naples Comcast emailed me saying that my business internet and phone would be down for the whole day on Wednesday March 19th to enhance the service. As you can imagine it was a slow day with no way for customers to call in an order! I then received a email from Comcast at 12:30 ( already down since 6am) saying that they cannot finish the enhanced work and that I will be down all day tomorrow as well!!!! Terrible company with no communication and customer care. Do not use this company

My monthly contact finished and without me knowing and because I was on autopay they took advantage and start charging me $100 extra on my bill it went up from $115 monthly to $225 for few month. then when we noticed I called and cancelled the account and removed my credit card on file. next month I still recieved a bill with late fee of $25 dolloars added and recieved many emails and even by mail warnings about the bill. I called them they said in my contract if I cancel they still charge me for the next 30 days. wheter I had service or not. This is what I call higway theft by a big company.
