Great company
Representative was respectful and polite. Reviewed existing policy and explained new policy available. Was not wearing a name tag or uniform with the company name on it or driving a company vehicle. Would have been more comfortable if representatives had clear identification beyond a business card.

Bien moi mon conjoint est en chsld…
Bien moi mon conjoint est en chsld depuis 3 mois et j'ai essayer de canceller certaines assurance dont il n'a plus besoin vue qu'il est dans un chsld et on refuse de ne les canceller parce qu'il me faut un mandat d'inaptitude homologuer en Gaspésie pour faire homologuer un certificat d'inaptitude ça prend entre 12 a 17 mois d'attente et moi sa conjointe je devrait payer ces assurance pendant 1 an et demie pour rien car n'a plus besoin de ses assurances la alors je suis déçue et pense moi même à canceller les mienne avec vous l'agent qui est venu me voir était très gentil et m'a dit qu'il essayerait de m'aider dans ma démarche
