These people are scam artists. Ticket value is 18 euro and they charge you 30 euro and say it's a service charge! The make the website look like it's the official purchasing site. Service charge for what????? We did not use the tickets once we saw,what they were doing and disputing with our credit card. I suggest anyone else who used them do the same.

They charged me for sold out tickets. Trying to contact them for a refund as we couldn't reschedule for another day because our flight was on the same day we were supposed to go. Still haven't heard anything back!

Scam, their website looks official, but they are not, they sell $18 ticket for $30, shame on google. I never trust google search result anymore.

Achtung, unseriös / unfähig! Evtl. sogar Betrug. Es kommt eine Buchungsbestätigung aber es werden keine Tickets verschickt. Nach einer Weile (bereits nach dem Zeitpunkt, auf den die Tickets gebucht wurden) kommt eine Mail, dass die Tickets für den gebuchten Zeitpunkt nicht verfügbar waren. Der Betrag wird trotzdem von der Kreditkarte abgebucht und man hat den chargeback am Hals. Entweder sind sie unfähig ihre Arbeit anständig zu organisieren oder das sind einfach Betrüger. Finger weg davon!

As the time I wrote this review, I realized I got scammed by this website. I wish I read this post before. My friends and I thought we could see the Colosseum tomorrow, but no tickets never sent. How can we report this kind of scam?

Scam, overprice.
I Will take a legal action against this company.

Don't not buy ticket from these people. It's a SCAM! They charged 70% service fee for a basic ticket you can get it yourself at the venue.

You pay 8 times the price of a ticket with this site because of a "service fee"

In the end, I got the tickets. As I understood the principle is that those who keep silent and do nothing, in the end do not get anything. If you write to them and threaten to refund the money on the card, they send tickets quickly enough, even on Sunday.
There is still a commission of 12 euros for tickets priced 18. colosseo.it is officiale website, it sometimes do not work but have a patience and reload it some times

Don’t buy tickets here is full scam! We bought 2 tickets 30 euros each and never received anything, and also the real price of it on the official place is 18 euros each.

don't buy your tickets from this website, it is a scam, I booked online on their website they charge 30 euro, and they don't send the tickets and give you instruction to wait at the Sperone Valadier near the Arch of Constantine, scam don't trust them, I don't recommend them.

Don't buy your tickets here. You can purchase tickets on the official Colosseum website for €2 if you're a European citizen between the ages of 18-25. However, since I wanted to avoid the long lines, which can add up to over 2 hours of waiting at the entrance, I bought tickets from this website because they claimed the following: "Skip the line. With these tickets, you can avoid long lines to access the Colosseum."

I purchased 2 tickets for €36. If you're over 25, it's even double that price. They ended up sending me two €2 tickets that they bought from the official website, with my name filled in after I made the purchase on their site. When they say "skip the line," they probably mean skipping the line to buy tickets, though they don't clearly state that on their website, making it deceptive and therefore unlawful. Besides that, it's also a big scam.

They're lucky I don't sue them as a Dutch law student. The low price doesn't make it worth the hassle.

Edit: They violate consumer protection laws in the European Union and other jurisdictions, so after some consideration I decided to sue them anyways, since it’s free of charge for me as a law student.

Not the official site. Some of this is on me, I was in a hurry because I had all of my friends telling me I needed to book ASAP or I would never be able to get tickets even a month in advance. I was shocked at how much they were charging, but thought it was because I had forgotten to book before and the price had increased. Don't use this site. They charge a 12€ booking fee for an 18€ and some people are reporting they never even received their tickets or had to wait 2.5 hours in the queue to enter, in spite of their reservation time.

They prétend to sell « official » tickets for Colosseum, but reality is that they charge you 30€ for a ticket that you can also buy on the official website for 18€…!
There is NO SERVICE to justify 12€ of fees, that of course are never detailed or explained (unless you enjoy reading the T&Cs in details).
I had several exchanges with their customer service to explain how unsatisfied i was to have been charged do much for so little… of course no refund was made.
THIS WEBSITE HAS TO BE DISMISSED. Rome deserves better than these petty scam websites that confuse tourists.

A little more for the ticket is okey, but 30 for 18 euro ticket and 16 for 2 euro ticket is too much. Official site is colosseo.it and is better. A scam.

I had to insist to get my ticket (which was for a time slot 1h45min later than the one I originally booked), but I did get them after 3 emails (asking for refound in the last one).
If you buy from them, you will receive an email confirming your purchase, but if you don't send them an email, they apparently won't send you the tickets (as they claim they will in the payment confirmation email)

If I could I would give this company no stars. Do not book with this company, they charged us €46 for tickets that cost €20. Their customer service is absolutely dreadful.

You get a ‘confirmation’ of your timeslot booking and a message they will send your tickets in a separate mail. The ticket never arrives but they take your money. Also, they charge 30 euros for an adult ticket whereas the official price is 18 euros.
Lesson learned 💸

We booked our tickets "Colosseum, Forum & Palatine Hill Entry Tickets" 5 days before our visit to the historic sites. 3 days before our visit, we got the first email saying, that they had to push our time of entry 2,5 hours. The day after (2 days before our visit), they pushed the time of entry yet again. The day before our visit, they send an email telling us, that we got a refund and therefore didn't have any tickets.

Because of this, we had to wait in line for 2,5 hours, to buy tickets at the tickets office instead of being able to skip the line and enjoy our visit from the start.

I cannot recommend using this firm.
