I paied 76€ for 2 tickets and when I received them, the price on tickets is 24€! I send them an email, demanding a refund- "Mr. Charlie" keep saying me the same thing and it's obviously a robot! I'm affraind the tickets are not even real... Bull shit of the company! Has anyone had same experience? Can you get a refund???

Based in Barcelona charging over inflated ticket prices. I can’t believe I got scammed by these people. I’m usually pretty savvy with the web too. Paid €30 for a €18 ticket. Daylight robbery. Please please please avoid these people.

Paid for the guided tour of the Colosseo.
After 2 hours I have received mail stating that the tour is not available, and to reschedule with the link to their site. Not one date, or time was available to reschedule. I opted for refund, received mail stating that refund is in process. 10 days later, still no money refunded.

Please use some other booking agency with good reputation. This one sure looks like a scam.

I had a disappointing experience purchasing Colosseum tickets. After completing my purchase, I did not receive the tickets. Instead, I received an email stating the tickets were sold out. Naturally, I requested a refund, but it was a frustrating process.

Initially, there seemed to be no urgency or initiative on their part to issue the refund. It wasn’t until I mentioned taking legal action and going to the police that they finally processed the refund. While I did eventually get my money back, the lack of transparency and customer service was unacceptable.

I wouldn’t recommend using this platform unless you’re prepared to deal with similar issues. It’s better to book directly through official or more reliable channels.

They are a scam, trying to pose as the official website. The real ticket cost only 18e but they sell for 30e. If you bought from them, try to dispute the transaction with the bank

They charged the double of the real cost of the tickets and they didn’t include the guide as is supposed to be. Complete scam

Scam. I selected a tickets on a date that I would be in Rome and they sent me tickets for a date that I won’t be in Rome. They aren’t willing to give a refund. Don’t buy through this website.

Hvis jeg kunne have givet 0 stjerner havde jeg gjort det. De tager totalt overpris for billetter og undskylder med ekstra service. Som vi overhovedet ikke har fået. Vi kontaktede dem på mail og har ventet mere end 14 dage på svar. Yesterday, on September 30 2024, I clicked on an advertisement displayed through Google Ads, which directed me to the website . I purchased a ticket for 60€, and while the payment was processed successfully, I never received the ticket. I have attempted to contact the company via email multiple times but have received no response. The ticket was intended to be used today, but unfortunately, it never arrived.

Concerned about this, I conducted my own investigation online and discovered numerous reports from other individuals who have similarly been defrauded by this same website. This leads me to believe that this is part of a larger scam, and many users have been affected.

Diese Webseite ist nichts als Betrug.
Es kommt zwar sofort ein Bestätigungsmail, jedoch bekommt man keine Tickets - auch nach schriftlicher Rückfrage keine Antwort.
Kurz vor dem gebuchten Datum erhält man dann eine Mail, dass der gebuchte Zeitraum nicht zur Verfügung steht. Auf die Anforderung, das Geld zurück erstattet zu bekommen, kam keine Antwort.

If I could have given it no stars I would. No tickets. At first they asked if I wanted a different time. I changed it and have not gotten a response and the time has gone. When I chose the refund option before the ticket time 'mysteriously' my booking number was invalid though it was not invalid when I changed the time. Spent 60 euros for 2 people. Absolutely unacceptable!

Never received my tickets

Scam, never received tickets or refund. They claim official website, but never reply to emails. If someone was able to sue them or get money back, please share organisation to report to.

I got scammed. I bought tickets 5 days before my visit. They sent me confirmation email with statement that I will get my tickets later which I considered very strange. It was already the time of visit but still I didnt get aby tickets. I wrote them a couple of threatening emails and eventually they contacted me and offered my money back. Still waiting for my refund. Of I wont receive it soon I will surely contact Police.
