Color The World Lipsticks Arvostelua 

WASTE OF MONEY! I've been ordering the same color lipstick for several years now, but this time I received a color that was completely different than what I'd ordered previously. It was so neutral it didn't even show up on my lips. Contacted customer service and basically got a SORRY, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. This was their response:

I recently bought a lipstick from Color the World. Having bought before and liking it, I was looking forward to getting it. What was my surprise when I tried it and found it extremely dry and lacking pigment. Not the same formula any more and no one to talk to.

Love the product but if you have a question or issue and send a message to them, you WILL NOT hear back. No text option or phone number to reach out to them. It’s too bad.

I was given a discount code but it wasn't automatically added. When I told them about it, they stated they don't honor discounts after the purchase is made. The lipstick shades I received , were not as described and a completely different shade than promised. They would not stand behind their product and did not offer an exchange or refund.

I have been using Color the World Lipstick - color Empowered for about 8 years. (since I discovered them)
It was my perfect tone - mauve with a very slight under tone of lavender. I recently ordered three tubes of it and #1 - they have small raised bumps all over (never had that before) & #2 - when applied it has no color. It looks like a nude or like I have lipgloss on.(all three tubes) I reached out to the company and they said the bumps are fine because it’s natural & they are sorry the color is not what I hoped for. I would have thought they would stand behind their product but they do not. I will never purchase from them again and I warn everyone - they don’t care about quality of their product.

The full ingredients list is not easily found on their website and they are not all natural as advertised. They refuse to do a return due to allergies I have to some of the very unnatural ingredients.

The product is nice, and I have bought several times. but the wait time is 15 days plus and they say it ships from the US. I smell BS still waiting

I am posting a review here as I cannot find where to do so on the website. I am a new customer and love the fact that the company gives back to different charities/causes, so I decided to give them a try. I purchased 2 lip/cheek sticks (Bonjour & Natural Glow), The W-Brow in Soft Taupe & was gifted the RNP day cream. The day cream goes on smoothly and the scent is not unappealing. I love the W-Brow and may order again. However, the lip/cheek sticks were a total waste of money. The colors were not half bad, but they were extremely dry - to the point when applying it pulled your skin. If you don't apply pressure no color transfers to your skin and forget using a brush to transfer - too dry for the brush to pick up. I also wasn't crazy about the cardboard container that holds the sticks. Though I understand the premise (less plastic) I believe the container is what causes the sticks to dry out. Will definitely NOT purchase again - which is a shame because the colors are perfect, and I really wanted to love this product.

I bought 3 lipsticks that looked like a good match on the website (download a picture and try the colors on your picture on the screen). One was much lighter than it appeared on the website. I can't return it since it's opened and I tried it on. I like the other two. They have a nice texture and feel moisturizing on my lips I wanted to reorder one of them and it's not on the website anymore. It seems like they change colors frequently and do not carry the same color for very long. I won't order again because I can't reorder the one that I like. I'm not going to spend money on new colors that I can't return if I don't like them. I'm disappointed.
