Ordered item, never received. Should’ve checked the contact information and reviews before i ordered, only a mobile number that doesn’t answer and an email address that doesn’t reply. Thankfully i ordered on a credit card so going through then to get my money back!

Not sure this company is even real
Not sure this company is even real. Ordered toothbrush heads for my daughter's electric toothbrush on 6/4, and at at 20/4 no delivery and no contact from their side. I tried chasing the company but I'm not sure emails are getting through and there is never an answer from the mobile. No communication whatsoever. Have to wait 15 days to go through my bank to open a claim. Horrible experience. The way I'm feeling now I would suggest avoiding at all costs

Item ordered 10 December, Finally posted 23rd December after much chasing by me and updates from them. Arrived 27th. So not Merry Christmas.

Order placed and never received
Order placed over a month ago and never delivered. I have emailed several times and tried calling with no response. Despite this, I received an email asking me to leave a review. Their website claims fast UK delivery, responsive customer care and hassle-free refunds – none of which has been my experience.

Ordered didn't arrive
Ordered didn't arrive. I emailed to ask when I would receive it. Had a reply to say it was sent and they would check with Royal Mail. Then nothing........ when will I learn to read reviews first!? Don't touch them!
