Delegation In The Best Way
Collective takes the guesswork, and weight of accounting, and taxes off of my plate which is helpful, and much appreciated! I wish there was better communication and efficiency during the onboarding process, but now that I'm past it, I'm seeing great benefits with this service.

The incorporated Xero bookkeeping platform is great. While you could get this on your own, you would likely still need an accountant. Collective is an all-in-one shop that is worth the price for the convenience.

I have paid for two months and have not…
I have paid for two months and have not received accounting statements, payroll setup or anything that I bargained for. I have emailed and written them via social media to no avail. I will be taking legal action, if this continues. There are many other companies that offer the same product for a fraction of the cost. DO NOT use this service!

Best decision I've made for my company as a self employed entrepreneur.
Switching from a dysfunctional accountant, where I was overwhelmed and not feeling supported to Collective was the best business decision of 2025. Switching to an S-Corp and getting my business as organized and clean as possible was intimidating, but my team, led by Elizabeth, made every step of the way manageable.
