Me AND my dog loves Collar of Sweden! We still have and use our first collar and leash that we bought back in 2020 and it's still in shape even though we've put it through a lot. Bathed in the ocean on multiple occasions (salt water), played in mud and sand and so on. We've had fun and have been stylish at the same time 😅 Highly recommend!

Bought a collar and a leach for my puppy. After only a couple of weeks I noticed the bad quality as the color of the collar showed cracks, and the structure of the leach broke down.
It doesn't have a nice feeling to hold it, and it's very slippery.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend COS.

STAY AWAY / WE LOST A LOT OF UNNECESSARY MONEY !

We ordered several collars because we were unsure of the size despite measuring. So we wanted to return several collars. It then started with the fact that we had to write an email to the store/the owner for a return, which I always find very questionable.
David then explained to us that it was not possible to return customized products.
I was blindsided as we had ordered for quite a lot of money and I would never have placed the order had I been aware that I was ordering “customized” collars.
While searching for this information regarding
1. the “customized” products, I never found it (!) and
2. regarding the return policy, I had to click through the homepage for a long time to finally find information in ONE SENTENCE in the so called return policy.

To me, this resembles a dubious scam that forces people to spend a lot of money due to a lack of information.

I wouldn't order here on principle - there are so many other great stores that proactively and honestly inform their customers OR have a good customer service.

The collar looks great, and the quality seems fine so far, but I'm giving it one star due to the lack of clear information regarding the refund policy for customized items. This crucial detail is buried in the policy section and not mentioned in the product description, making it hard to find. Sadly, after a long and frustrating email exchange, we did not get our money back. A disappointing experience and definitely not satisfactory customer service.

Halsbandet tappade färg och färgade av sig på hunden. Svaret ifrån kundservice är att det inte kan vara ute i regn, altså inte som förväntat ett produktionsfel...
Hundhalsband måste vara designade för lite regn helt absurt att man inte kan låta hunden gå ut på toa för att det regnar där ute.
Lädret verkar annars vara av bra kvalite.

I ordered two caps and two collars. Ordering, payment and shipping were quick and I didn’t have any problems.

The caps look great and have a good quality. The collars? Not so much… I ordered a leather collar (blue with fries) with silver metal wear. After only three days of wearing (only outside in on our walks) the metal on both collars turned pink in some areas. The parts of the collar where the leather touched the metal turned grey. In addition the leather is very sensitive!

The company asked for a review. I made a 5 star one for the cap, which is already posted on their website. I did another honest review for the collars and they did not post it. Quite disappointing! I am glad I bought the collars on sale, because mine are not worth the price.

I love this brand! They offer a fantastic variety of colors and styles for collars and leashes. The quality is top-notch, and their delivery is super fast. I also appreciate their frequent new collections and excellent customer service. Highly recommend for any dog owner!

Doris bär deras halsband i storlek xs narrow och Koppel i s. Passar kanon och är mycket snygga på henne!
Jag själv matchar henne med en grym keps, som också är en perfekt present. Kennelmatte och kennelhusse har absolut fått en keps var ;)

Really happy with the collars I have purchased (4 now). Always a seamless transaction and shipped swiftly to Australia. Love that the XS was able to fit my puppy since he was 8 weeks old😊
I can see why so many people are return customers!

We were recommended Collars of Sweden by a fellow sighthound friend. We spend a ludacris amount of money on collars for him and the last one cost us over £40. The collar is well made, looks designer, and makes you feel like you have a Versace product 😂. Checking out was very easy and website is very informative and easy to navigate. Shipped almost immediately, whereas before I had to wait for the collar to be made, and came today and fits like a glove. Sizing was perfect as I can make it a bit loose if I want to and can make it tighter if the material stretches a bit. Cisco looks dashing in his new Bridgerton Blue collar.

Beautiful items, on paper. Ordered a collar and a “leather” lead, after only 3 months it was showing significant wear and tear. Sent in pictures, was told my dog bit it, which was not true. Nevertheless bought another one, this time the plastic option. Paid for standard delivery (advertised as 5 business days), item did not show up for 18 calendar days. On day 19 I refused delivery. Complained via email, was told to be patient, to appreciate they are a two men shop and that things “always get lost and stuck by post”. Their items are not cheap and I’m sure they have a good margin. Why not employ somebody to help with shipping and to improve the awful customer service? After all, they don’t claim they are a two men shop when they charge you. Would never buy anything else from, stay away. There are better companies out there for iggies and whippets, offering “real leather” and durable goods including next day delivery for free (i.e. The Trendy Whippet).

EDIT after merchant reply: I never received or accepted a 50% discount offer/voucher for a new lead, and the second one I bought was at full price! And my order was dispatched 7 calendar days after placing the order, according to the Swedish Post tracking service. Again, stay away from dishonest merchants.

EDIT 2: the parcel never got lost at sorting center, Swedish Post was waiting for you to drop it (I have screenshots). Of course I got my money back, as I am insured, and I didn't buy the lead to receive it after 18 days! As I said, I never accepted delivery so I am not enjoying any free items from you at all. Just another lie, as the 50% discount I was offered by you and accepted. I'd love to see a screenshot of that! Get on with life, be honest, and improve your focus on customers.

j'ai acheté une laisse pour ma petite chienne quand j'ai déballé le colis j'ai découvert la qualité du cuir médiocre et l'épaisseur c'est plutôt pour promener un chat mais pas un chien c'est honteux de vendre un article pareil choisissez un autre fournisseur je vous le conseil.

Rigtig fine halsbånd og til priser alle kan være med på - eneste minus er, at hardwaren ikke holder sin farve (bliver rødlig/rusten i farven) Men det giver en undskyld for at købe wt nyt og fint print/farve til min hund 😉

These are my absolute favourite collars for Luigi. The amazing quality and the beautiful range of colours they have available makes me want to own them all! They fit so well and Luigi gets so many compliments when he’s out and about in his. The customer service is also excellent. They are so helpful and super quick to respond to any questions. I’m just having trouble trying to decide which one to get next now!

I’ve purchased from COS many times and I have always had a positive experience. Orders are delivered in a timely manner and any customisation has never been an issue. The quality of the collars is amazing and there are many options. The only thing I would say is the leashes are not the best quality and I would not use them on strong dogs.

Our girl looks stylish in them! Great quality & speedy delivery.
