Coldsins Arvostelua 

I ordered a pair of sneakers from Coldsins, when I placed the order I selected a size 11M. Their system defaulted to a size 4M. Once I noticed this error, I emailed them requesting a size change. They acknowledged the request but a size 4M was still sent. Upon receiving the size 4M, I emailed them requesting to exchange the item for a correct size. I even offered to purchase the correct size. I was met with hostility and was accused of trying to "finesse " them. I was refused a refund or exchange stating the error was my fault. Me, trying to support independent businesses, ordered another pair months later. Same issue occurred I ordered a size 11M but size 4M was on the invoice. so I emailed them immediately after placing the order requesting a size 11M. They responded and corrected the size. Meanwhile I was thinking about the 1st order that I placed knowing I selected the correct size, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Coldsins then canceled my current order because I disputed a charge for an item that was the incorrect size and I had no use for. I asked why did my order get canceled and the response was "because you initiated a charge back/dispute on the other order". I responded saying that is not good customer service and I will file a complaint. I was called a "thief " for disputing the charge and keeping the item. I even tried to return the item and they refused to take it back. How does that make me a thief. I even offered to purchase the correct size and not worry about the size 4M that I can not wear. My advice, stay away from this company at all costs. Poor, rude customer service.

They need to shut company down, will get exactly what they deserve soon!!Scammers

I order my shoes, send email to request update, always the same excuse and I never received my shoes!

Horrible experience and (avoid MONTEZ FROM CSR) unprofessionals. Placed 2 orders and had to email them so they can ship 1 order. I'm not the type to leave reviews but just wow!!! Will leave the emails so you guys can determine. Keep in mind 5 days for week #16 deadline. Will definitely avoid them!!!

(1ST REPLY FROM CSR)I show one order has already shipped. There is a note on the other order to let you know it arrived damaged and vou have the option of having it remade or credit applied to a future purchase.

If neither order starts shipping I will continue with capital one and dispute charges since l'm still on the time frame. You guys nake it so hard to do business but are fast to take our monev and be sketchy by stallina and probably making false statements. I have patience but you guys are exceeding them. (2ND REPLY FROM CSR)You clearly do not comprehend how labels are created. First. it has to be generated and if vou think vou know so much click on it as it has already been picked up. Which most companies generate labels and thev do not update for days. Secondly, you should not order Items that have a stated time frame if you can't wait. I will gladly refund the other order and I would have stopped the other one from going out. No need to purchase more items

My order of the nightmares shoe was stolen by usps. Chris answered my email, very upfront and kept me informed every step of the way. By some higher power a new pair was on its way back and it was close to my size. Chris personally handled everything and after almost a moth I have my pair in hand. I honestly thought it wouldn’t happen but Chris made it happen. Shoe is awesome and worth the wait. But Chris was even better!

I know I got exactly what I purchased within the time frame they described. Some say a it's a little long. Which understandably can take 3-4 months to produce between collecting orders, ordering materials, and final production plus shipping time. Especially for custom sneakers. They are freaking awesome. The quality and feel of the materials are A1. By far one of the coolest shoes I own. Definitely looking forward to their next release. Highly recommend.

Would give a 0 if possible. Ordered (1) Pair of shoes and have yet to recieve yet. Has been well over a complete calendar year , been given so many excuses about materials messed up. Shipping delays. Different dates of shipping to them , shipping to me etc... Cold Sins is a SCAM. FUQK those Custom Shoes n Cold Sins. Will NEVER order again. Will be disputing with bank as fraud and get money returned

Would give 0 stars if i could. Ordered shoes MONTHS ago. They finally shipped them & they got “lost” in transit. Argued with customer service for weeks with no resolution. They finally said they would issue a refund but still haven’t received it. I’m disputing this with my bank- this site is FRAUD!!! DOOOO NOT ORDER. I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU want to be called names & argued with for weeks.

Ordered shoes last year and got 2 pair by December. The last pair just shipped today. I guess just be patient?

These guys are scammers. Ordered one year ago and still don’t have them. All these excuses and asked for a refund and never answered. Zero stars if I could give them. Seems like I am not the only one that got scammed by them.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from ColdSins last July, 2025 and still don't have them and could not get a refund. Coldsins is a SCAM!!!!!

I recently ordered from Cold Sins for the first time and they sent me kids shoes instead of adult when I tried to do an exchange the horrible Lisa replied very rude and refused to exchange anything. Dont order from here unless you are willing to risk losing your money or not getting what you ordered because the customer service is trash

easy 5 out of 5 stars. if you read the FINE print it says 12-16 weeks. so if you can read and be patient youll get what you payed for there a true custom hand msde shoe so ofc its gonna take time. Also, customer service was always in contact with me same day from when i contacted them with questions

Satisfied purchase, worth the wait. First time customer and I was hesitant because of these weird reviews, but man, they are fire.

Placed an order for the labubu lows and never got them email tried to get my money back and they didn't respond it's a scam

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They are rip off artists! I purchased the custom Travis Scott’s on December 15, 2025 and still haven’t received them. They claim they don’t give refunds, but their website says differently. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I will be contacting the better business bureau and the local news network next.
