I ordered and it was easy and quick to do, most of the information was auto filled. Also it was easy for me to understand shipping, sizing, and everything else which was great. I emailed about shipping because it was mentioned if you are in a hurry then you could email and I would be able to see if the process could be hurried for packaging, and they replied pretty quick and Im in the U.S., saying "we packaged it today" or something along those lines which was really nice and I am grateful to have ordered from you. Anyway hopefully this is my prom dress, wish me luck.

I really appreciated the quick response from customer service. I also appreciate that they were able to help me find an item that I was hoping to buy for my birthday so quickly. They restocked my size when it was sold out and I was able to purchase it just in time!

I am Delilah has great customer care. I emailed them and got a reply not even a day later, offering me a discount on a dress for my prom, because i couldn’t afford it. Furthermore they were very polite and helpful.

Overall, amazing experience with their customer service team. Have always been met with prompt and generous responses. Recently, ordered an Audrey Mini and it was shipped very fast and fits me like a glove.

Jeg var ikke sikker på at jeg turde at bestille herfra pga. de dårlige anmeldelser, men jeg tog chancen alligevel fordi jeg elskede den ene kjole.
Den første pakke var der lidt fejl med, men efter jeg skrev med customer service blev det fikset. En fejl der kunne ske for alle, men det vigtigste er at customer service var hurtige til at hjælpe. Jeg returnerede den første kjole, da den var for lille til mig. Ingen problemer med hverken forsendelse eller returnering, den kom endda rigtig hurtigt.
Da jeg bestilte kjolen i en større størrelse, kom den igen super hurtigt, uden problemer, den passer perfekt og er så smuk.

Sizing is so off and I couldn’t even return it. Considering I spent more than $350 on a set and I can’t even return it is ridiculous

Terrible the dress I ordered for my daughter didn’t fit, even though we checked the measurements on the website, and they also would not allow a return as it was apparently ‘final sale’ but this was not made clear….. not a good company and material looked cheap.

Cheap cheap material extremely bad fitting who ever makes them don’t know what there doing very bad fitting the zips is all bumpy the skirts is all un even these are what I call rags! Can’t be worn atal I paid 309 for my stuff and then 125 to get it delivered to me so I’m out over 400 for rags actual rags ! And very bad service I’m emailing I’m doing everything to get a refund and no reply please no1 buy from here

Really amazing brand. And has the most amazing pieces. Shipped really fast for me will always arrive a day later or within a few days no matter if it's express shipping or standard. I do live in Sydney which might be why but still really good if you need a over the top outfit quickly.

I'm reading all these comments saying it's not fast shipping and they don't respond quickly. Every time I have reached out to the about an order they are really excellent at responding. So I don't get where they are getting that at. Also whenever I get anything shipped from America or even Europe they generally take a month or sometimes even three months to ship. So I think if you don't live in Australia or New Zealand. Maybe be aware you won't get it like that. But they do generally ship it within a day or two when I have purchased anything from I am Delilah.

I placed 2 orders worth oover €500 and I had to reach out multiple times as I never got any updates on the order. It took weeks to get any updates from them and for a brand with such high prices you’d expect decent customer service. Finally my items shipped and they were delivered 2 days later to an address in Australia, I LIVE IN EUROPE. The minute I mentioned I wanted a refund they stopped replying and the order was shipped 4 days later, they said they couldn’t do anything as the order was dispatched. It was clear they waited until the item shipped to respond so they didn’t have to give me money back. I placed my orders on July 1st and it’s now the end of August and no sign of my items. They haven’t offered anything to rectify the situation and the communication is horrible. I would not recommend this brand and I’m so gutted with my experience I was truly looking forward to these pieces and I paid so much money

I have ordered from I am Delilah three times and two of those times I have had issues with this brand. The first time, the pair of pants I ordered came damaged. The company refused to let me return them because the tag had come off but their returns policy explicitly stated that regardless of whether the tags are on or off, it is damaged they are eligible for a return. Took me two weeks of back and forwards arguing to get a return label. My most current order has not been shipped since purchasing 12 days ago, and when I reached out to customer support they let me know there was shipping delays. While I understand that, not communicating that to your customers is ridiculous and now I am without an outfit for an important event in two days. When I asked to cancel the order, they suddenly stopped replying. Greedy money hungry brand - the second they have your cash they stop caring!
