Hi Gareth, it's very disappointing but not unexpected to receive this ridiculous review, given yesterday's fairly hysterical emails from yourself.
Again, your complaint is that the track 'Us and Them' is included on the release. This is mentioned very clearly in both the item description and the track-listing onsite. Obviously it is also featured on the track-listing on the sleeve of the album itself.
If the album had not been opened and used it would have been fine to return, but this is not the case here and that is a standard policy amongst record sellers.
We are not the manufacturers of this release, nor any albums onsite - so, we have not 'chucked in' anything. What we have done is sold you a very popular product that is exactly as advertised and carries only 5* verified reviews on our site, and a 4.85* rating from independent reviews on Discogs.
We would also point out that 'Us and Them' is included on the official director's cut of Pink Floyd Pompeii, so you may feel it ruins the track-list but clearly Pink Floyd did not, and they are undoubtedly the authorities over yourself.
Creating an account on here just to give a very small independent company a 1* review, to intentionally damage their business is shockingly poor behaviour. Taking into account the bizarre nature of your complaint, we can't believe that you are not embarrassed to post this.
We feel it certainly says more about yourself than it does our business.
Great Album
Timely delivery , reasonably priced and quality of vinyl. Something a bit different too, album wise
