Just started using them, has my second delivery all good excellent service so far.

Excellence personified. Able to re-arrange delivery day with no issues. Ease of exchange. Knowledgeable delivery driver.

Edited after response - they’re glad I had to end my holiday sooner to get home in time to get the gas I asked not to be dispatched until 2 days later. I’ve found a cheaper no subscription service that lets me control when I get my gas replacements, so as soon as I’ve worked through this gas, I’m cancelling.

After an initial issue with the delivery guy unpacking the bottles prior to delivery, I have been happy with the convenience of the deliveries until this time. The system is that you get a WhatsApp message to ask if the dispatch date is suitable (initially I assumed this was the day I would get the bottles, however, they have always arrived between 1 and 3 days later. If you click yes, that’s the job done - you get an email to let you know the bottles will be on the way on the specific date. This time, however, the date didn’t work for me as I was going to be on holiday. I clicked no, expecting to be offered an alternative, however I had to log into my account to change the date. I did so. I then got an email saying the bottles would be on the way on the original date. I wrote an email to the company and explained the problem but was told that it would be OK, I would receive the bottles on the day I’d selected. I was slightly (rightly) concerned, but figured they knew what they were doing. I then got an email on the morning after the ‘it’s on the way’ date saying the switch would happen that day. Luckily the last leg of the holiday was close enough for us to get home in time.

I wrote to complain about the mess and was first told it was the delivery company who were in error, and most recently the company are blaming me because in the midst of my holiday I used the word delivery instead of dispatch. The fact that I explained the process seems irrelevant. It seems they specialise in gaslighting as well as selling gas.

Thought I had issues with the gas cylinders itself, which they informed me on what to check (gas bottles being x weight + seals of machine). Turns out the seals of the bottles had gone missing.

The fact they reached out to find out why I was not satisfied is good CX.

I have been ordering from CO2 now for well over 2 years and the service has been impeccable, even when I have asked for my order to be delayed by a month, as I am alone and had not finished all my cylinders, they were very understanding, great service to my door.
