Quick delivery, extremely well made. But requires significant fitting in m5 lowers with the thick upper
Was easy to order. Delivery was sooner than expected.
However it did not fit my m5 lower n upper. The "wings"were too wide for the receiver. They were not angled as far out as the OE.
I fitted it using a dremel n it feels n runs great now. The metal is extremely hard n resists wear. It seems much stronger n better quality than original.
If you have a m5 lower n the thick upper, this will require significant fitting to be shaped like the one on an m16a2.

Quick delivery
Quick delivery. I did find them cheaper afterwards but I was excited after ordering my first suppressor I didn't look anywhere else. The treads were perfect and the shims made it easy to time.

Hi Jeffrey, thank you for the feedback and for your patience. Your order was placed on 9/9 and shipped on 9/16 — about a week, which is actually well ahead of the 15–30 business day lead time listed on our product pages. We know any wait can feel long, and we're glad it's on track to arrive by today (9/18). If anything comes up with the shipment, our customer service team is happy to help.

Hi Brian, thanks for the feedback. Your order shipped on 9/11, just a day after being placed on 9/10 — well ahead of the 15–30 business day lead time listed on the product page — and USPS delivered it on 9/16. We appreciate you letting us know shipping updates would help, and we'll pass that along as we look at ways to keep customers better informed along the way.
Shitty service
Shitty service. Not even a phone number to contact. Ordered a mk57 upper to replace the original mk57 upper that blew a case inside. So contacted them via email, because they dont have a damn phone number to reach out, they told me I could return it and they would check it out. But when I sent them tons of pictures of the inside of the upper they are trying to say it is the ammo. So I decided screw it I'll just order another so I dont have to deal with the BS with them. You would think being they are the manufacturer they would keep in stock, but apparently it takes 15-30 days to complete a damn order. I should have just ordered one off of buds gun shop for like 200 bucks less and it would have been here already.

Oma-aloitteinen arvostelu

Hi Justin,
We're sorry to hear about the issue with your Mk57 upper and the frustration with the process so far. We understand how disappointing it is to deal with a failure on a product you're counting on, and we want to make sure this gets resolved the right way.
A few things I want to address directly:
On the ammunition determination — we understand that's a frustrating outcome, especially after taking the time to document the damage with photos. Our Lifetime Quality Guarantee doesn't cover damage tied to incompatible, hand-loaded, or reloaded ammunition, so our tech team has to review and rule that out before a defect claim can move forward.
On lead times — our upper receivers are build-to-order, and the 15-30 business day timeframe for that category is listed on the product page prior to purchase. Your new order isn't past that window yet, but we recognize that doesn't help much when you're waiting on a replacement for a part that already failed you.
On contact options — we hear this a lot, and it's fair feedback. Email is our primary support channel right now, but we'll make sure your case gets a real look. Please reach out to customerservice@cmmg.com with your order number and we'll get this escalated.
We'd like the chance to make this right.

Orders cancelled without prior notice
I placed two orders (#731582 and #731441) during the Labor Day sale. A couple of days later, both orders were cancelled and refunded without any explanation. I only realized this when I noticed the refunds on my card.
I’m extremely disappointed that CMMG can simply cancel orders without informing the customer why.
I suppose it may have been because I had the products shipped to my rented mailbox so that I could pick them up when I return from my travels. However, if that was the reason, CMMG should clearly state on its website that customers are not allowed to ship orders to rented mailboxes and that orders must instead be sent to a home address.
This is not the way to run a credible business.

Hi Joseph,
I would like to apologize for the mixup, I can assure you this is not standard practice and should not have occurred. For context one of your orders was flagged by our fraud prevention solution and proper protocol to verify with you was not followed. There is no excuse for lack of communication and cancellation but I can assure you this has been addressed.
One of our customer service reps has sent you an email earlier this afternoon with more info about what we would like to do to make things right. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to respond to that email from our customer service team and we will be glad to assist any way we can.
Thank you
