This company is a scam. Bought and paid for a bracket that I never received and they ignore all contact. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Hi there, we believe this review is not genuine. The account name “Demo Account” suggests it may have been created by a competitor rather than a real customer. We have thoroughly checked our records and found no matching order or communication. We escalated this issue to Trustpilot for review, but unfortunately, they have chosen not to remove it. We want to reassure our real customers that we take all genuine feedback seriously and always resolve any legitimate concerns promptly.
DO NOT USE!!!

Gift card bought online not recognised. Emails to the company not responded to. Reported to my bank, and thankfully my money was refunded.
Have a look at Companies House. Looks well dodgy!

Hi Cindy, we’re sorry to see this comment. We’ve tried to reach out to you regarding your claim but haven’t received any response, and we also couldn’t find any record of a purchase or inquiry under your name or details. Because of this, we believe this review may not be based on a genuine customer experience.
That said, if this is a genuine complaint, we’d be more than happy to investigate further and make things right. We can offer a full refund and a complimentary gift card valued at £100 as a gesture of goodwill. Please contact our support team directly with your order information so we can assist you promptly.
Order not received, courier stated it was loss in transit. Company has not responded to my emails and I have not received a refund. Very poor service I wouldn’t order again.
