Chill dude, loved the ring

I ordered from clout closet last October. Some items were stained and had fuzz on them. I returned the items and was offered to pick some other items in exchange. Apparently the delivery company “lost” the exchange parcel, twice. I wasn’t given any tracking number or proof of shipment. This whole thing took 6 months of back and forth. I finally asked for a refund. They started replying late and being passive about the whole thing. The refund was “on its way” two weeks ago but I still haven’t received anything. Perhaps the bank lost the refund too. Overall very dishonest and unprofessional.

Great!! Customer service is top-notch, delivery is super fast, I even got a ring as a free gift in the package, 100% would recommend.

Purchased here a few times and they have many cool pieces in good condition.
Also arrives quick even though I‘m not very close to the UK. 👍

I bought some stuff from them and all the stuff I got was in perfect condition. The only problem is I’m still missing a few rings from them. The communication is good and they’re restocking the rings. Hopefully I get them and once I do I’ll edit my review.
