Extremely unhappy customer
I ordered some size 8 steel toe cap trainers and when they eventually arrived l, they had sent a size 9. I contacted them and they said I had ordered the 9 but they would refund me 30% as a good will gesture, so I sent screenshots of what I ordered which was size 8 and the dispatch notification that stated they sent a size 8. They clearly sent the wrong size and couldn’t admit it.
After the photographic evidence they said send them back (to china) but want me to pay the delivery costs! So I’ll be out of pocket for their mistake! They are now ignoring my messages.
I am an extremely dissatisfied customer and wouldn’t recommend anyone buy from them as their after sales service is shockingly awful.

No stars but blood and blisters
Was left with bloody blisters on 2nd day of wearing the, 'orthopedic shoes'. The blood obviously then seeped through to the outside. The inside of the base wore away on the 2nd day. The shoe tongue was glued together and took narrow for the shoe. Not much room at the front of the shoe. So disappointed.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience! These slides killed my feet and I've had pain between the balls of my feet ever since I tried wearing these.
This company runs like a scam. Trying to return the slides in impossible unless you pay the cost of shipping back to China. They'll do whatever they can to prevent a return/refund and get you to buy more. I ended up negotiating for a partial refund, but lost a lot of money on the 2 pairs that I had purchased.

A Fraudulent scam company that orders from abroad "possibly temu" and resells in uk. Returns had to be shipped internationally to the US and then would not confirm receipt of the product. Eventually had to involve trading standards and my bank to refund my account. Yes they are a "registered uk company" but they are deceitful and have bad intentions. Do not buy. Do not believe or trust their customer service replies.

Brought wide toe shoes for my kids
Brought wide toe shoes for my kids from cloudsslides.co.uk. It took over 2 weeks to ship them (from aboard) and they were so wide the kids could not wear them. Tried to return and told I have to send back to China or USA for refund. Please DO NOT BUY from this company. The products are cheap and ill fitting and the 'customer service' takes days to respond via email with very little information or help !

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! I paid for next day delivery and when they didn't arrive I realised I hadn't had a confirmation of my order email. I emailed customer service using the contact form on their website & got no reply. I found an email address & emailed Hannah who said that she didn't know when they would be delivered and just to be patient!! She gave me a tracking number which when I looked my shoes were coming from China (to the UK). I emailed back asking why they took my money for next day delivery when they clearly not going to be delivered the next day. She replied saying that she didn't know when they were going to be delivered and ignored my request for a refund of the postage. When the shoes came they were poor quality and didn't fit. When I requested instructions on how to return she said it would cost be a fortune to return but if I'd like another size free of charge I'd just have to pay the postage! I asked how the postage for that would not cost me a fortune but the return would to which she gave me addresses in Iowa or China to return the shoes to!!
I have since had a reply from Cloud Slides UK but no way of replying to them so hopefully they can read this:
I don't have an order number as I never got an order confirmation. Hannah found my order when I gave her my email address & address which I obviously don't want to put on here for all to see. There is a customer reference number on the package: 4PX3001935134478CN91 (The C could be an O or a G, not sure as it's not clear). If you could sort out a refund I would be very grateful. I am happy to return the shoes to an address in the UK.

DREADFUL SHAM COMPANY - SERIOUSLY AVOID at all costsThis company
1 is generous, but there is no option of going any lower.
This company, if it is a company, should completely rethink the very basics of running a company: customer service, telephone number and address clearly visible, delivery process and updates, refund policy just to mention few.
I made my purchase on 24 July and was informed it would take 7 - 21 days to arrive. I have still not received it.
The so called helpline is sporadic and selective when they respond. I expressed my wish to have my money back as they have not fulfilled their part of the business transaction. No response.
I agree with others it gives the impression of being UK based, but it is based in CHINA. I have nothing against
China, but this company gives China a bad name. Shame on them and their company.
In my opinion it is a SHAM website, SHAM COMPANY and SHAM and SLOVENLY business that CONS people. I have approached my bank who will investigate the business practices of this dreadful slovenly company.
UPDATE: Thank you. However, I do find it interesting you have replied to my TRUSTPILOT review rather than to my email. I will now contact Hannah re: refund. I will keep you, my TRUSTPILOT group, informed about it.

You do not get a next day delivery even if you pay for it, as item is shipped from China, and the person that owns the store resides in Morocco
Paid extra money for next day delivery and it’s been 5 days now, no phone number just an email, so emailed for a refund, got a reply saying they could not locate my order, so I sent them Proof of my order. Still no reply. So did a little bit of research, and found out the person selling the shoes is living in Morocco and the shoes are Being shipped from china. So it’s definitely not next day delivery. Do not buy from them as they are genuinely not truthful.

Avoid at all costs!
Absolutely horrendous service.
Took over 2 weeks for the product to arrive so bought an alternative product. Asked for a refund, sent confirmation of the purchase on 3 occasions and no response. Raised a complaint and still no response!
The service is abysmal and the product is terrible. Added an 1* review on their website and it hasn’t been recorded so don’t believe the current reviews on their own site.
Avoid at all costs.

Not UK based and very expensive to return if don't fit etc
Like others who've left a review, I believed I was ordering from a UK based company as there was a UK registered address at bottom of website. This is very misleading as it turned out the shoes were coming from China, which I discovered once I'd ordered them and then used the tracking info to see why they hadn't arrived yet! The quality is also not worth the £40 I paid as others have also said and they are also very narrow so don't fit well. I feel really frustrated as they are saying the only way I can get a refund is by posting them back to either China or the USA at a cost of around £13 (cheapest I can find that's tracked)- I'd never have ordered these if I'd known they were based in China and that they'd also make returns very difficult/expensive. Wish i'd researched this company before ordering - never again!

Poor product and no refund
Product received was extremely poorly made and flimsy,nowhere near the standard you would expect for the price. Requested a refund and spent several emails back and forth whilst they tried to persuade me out of it. Eventually agreed to refund and after me paying postage to return to China I have never received a refund. Absolutely avoid.

Plantar Fasciitis Relief in a Cute Taupe Package
got them as a gift from my daughter and honestly didnt expect to love them this much i have plantar fasciitis so im usually very picky with shoes at home but these felt soft straight away and actually gave me arch relief which i never find in slides i wear them in the morning around the kitchen and even sometimes outside to the garden and they still look brand new the colour is a lovely taupe almost like a light biscuit shade goes with all my loungewear my husband even tried them once and now hes been asking for a pair too so i might get him one for his birthday delivery took about 4 days and the packaging was minimal but decent i would recommend them especially if you have foot pain or just want something that doesnt feel cheap on your feet

Shipped from China not UK
Clouds Slides website has UK in it. I bought a pair of sandals 5 days ago. Because they haven't arrived yet, I tracked my order. They are still in China! If I had known that these shoes were made in China and being shipped over after being ordered, I would never have bought them. I find the UK in the web address very misleading. Also, I found no evidence of sustainability policies or aspirations when looking into the company. Big thumbs down!
