Multilingual capabilities for multi-national company
We are based across multiple countries, and struggled to find a solution which could offer multi-lingual capabilities, specifically for Finnish.
Cloudax were not only incredibly helpful in getting us set up on their platform, but also their tech sounded the most natural, especially when switching between the different languages.
They now sit at the front of our line answering every single call for us and routing them to the appropriate teams/departments when necessary.

We started off with just a voice AI agent for out of hours and now Cloudax runs all of our telephony facing services, we also now have a chatbot by Cloudax which works great. We’re saving more than 80 leads a month from the out of hours answering alone
