Very upset

I understood there was no credit check. That was not the case. I now have more time to wait for my my goal of no hard inquiries. In trying to fix my credit.i also wanted to say that you guys upset both me and my email inbox. When I decided not to use climb credit every single friggin day I was emailed begging me to keep going through with the process and get a loan. That almost upset me more than the credit check that that said they were not going to do. So unless you can wipe your inquiry off my credit report... btw it was a hard inquiry not a soft one.... or give me a 0% apr $5000 loan, to me you guys suck and thanks for screwin up my credit even worse than it already is.

Hi Donald, thank you so much for your feedback. Of course, we apologize for any confusion or uncertainty you may have experienced through your interactions with Climb Credit. We pride ourselves on being transparent and providing students, like yourself, with the best service possible.

To help clear up some of the confusion you may be experiencing, it might be helpful to review under which circumstances Climb pulls credit for students and borrowers. Once an application is successfully submitted, Climb Credit submits a soft credit pull on the borrower and/or co-borrower's credit. A soft credit pull does not have a negative impact on a borrower or co-borrower's credit score. Since a soft credit pull does not negatively impact a credit score, students can apply multiple times with different co-borrowers, if necessary, to make sure they get the best loan terms for the program they want to attend! Climb does submit for a hard credit pull that may impact an individual's credit score only after their Climb Credit loan is successfully funded.

To confirm, no hard credit pull was submitted or applied to your credit profile by Climb. Are you able to share details of what you are reviewing so that we can help you resolve? The hard credit pull you might be seeing on your credit profile may be from a different lender.

Reasonable requirements and quick service!

Was in a bind and working with another lender called Skillz Fund. They were no help and had unreasonably strict requirements. I gave one call to Climb and they quickly let me know exactly what needed to happen. Their lending requirements were very reasonable and got me taken care of super quick! Would highly recommend!

Easy to use UI and process

They had a easy to use UI and the process was super easy. I was approved fairly quick. I appreciate them for working with my credit.

Justin was amazing!

Justin was amazing!
I could tell he truly wanted to help and was ecstatic when he found resources for me that might have helped my situation.

Those resources weren’t a fit for my situation but he still helped in whatever way he could and that’s what matters.
