We've been using Clevver for years to manage a Zweigniederlassung in Berlin, and it has been a dependable solution. The service is simple and effective, making remote mail management hassle-free.

Clevver provided world class service. They stated clearly what and when they would complete each specific task in setting up our business, and every time followed through. Even when our principal contact was out another associate would set in, answer our questions, and get the job done.

Clevver has been really convenient to manage my business, I used it as a business address. Everytime they received my mail, they were very quick to let me know and forward it to me. Whenever I had to deal with customer support, they were also pleasant and quick to answer. I only remove one star because the interface is a bit clunky and takes a while to get used to. Otherwise, I would recommend them to someone who needs that type of service

I run a small company and the service offered from Clevver is exactly what I need. Perfect dashboard with great overview and everything covered.

Ich habe bei Clevver eine Postbox in der Niederlassung München als Privatadresse gemietet. Leider wurde mein Testbrief von der Deutschen Post als "unzustellbar" zurückgeschickt. Auf meine Nachfrage hin antwortete der Support von Clevver nur arrogant, dass sie nicht für die Zustellung der Post verantwortlich seien. Für mich ist klar: Es gibt in München gar keinen funktionierenden Dienst, der die Briefe korrekt entgegennimmt.

Darüber hinaus wurden mir entgegen der AGBs eine weitere Zahlung abgebucht, die nicht der Auftragsbestätigung entsprachen. Auch Rechnungen wurden nicht korrekt übersandt. Aufgrund dieser Vorkommnisse habe ich Strafanzeige gegen Clevver bei der Polizei gestellt.

Mein Rat: Auf keinen Fall bei dieser Firma etwas in Auftrag geben. Sollten bereits Probleme aufgetreten sein, empfehle ich ebenfalls, rechtliche Schritte zu erwägen, um die Firma zur Verantwortung zu ziehen.

Schnelle Reaktion auf mein Problem, schnelle Rückerstattung des zu Unrecht gezahlten Betrags. Ich empfehle die Zusammenarbeit mit Clevver Mail!

I received a letter from canadian Taxdepartment, which I should fill lout an resent. Clevver Scam was so bad, that half of the head was missing and the second page with important infos war also missing. Even I complaint now the 5th time no help in sight. They re sent me the incomplete scan again, without even looking into it, the problem is clear to see. Besides oer problems, like apparently never received a letter or false bookeeping of course to my disatvantage. I will continue to bother this so called customer service over and over again. This behaviour is just unbelievable.

They advertise that their address is valid for several things but then it is not and will not refund.

I needed an address in Germany, as I live in Sweden and I wanted to buy smartphones from Germany through eBay, this service hits up once you search on Google, I'm sorry to myself that I didn't do any search before I decided to subscribe to their Hamburg postbox services.

4 items sent separately there, with an amount of approximately 1120€, they received just 1 of them, and the rest were returned by DHL to the original senders, as no one accepted to receive them there, 1 of these items was left in Deutschepost branch to be picked up from there, I contacted clevver.io about it so they can at least sort it out, but they refused to do that and asked me to contact DHL in Germany personally !! I did it with lots of difficulties as the phone service in Germany is mainly in Deutsch language and they have very few people who are able to speak English, and even though I could rearrange delivery, Clevver.io didn't accept to receive the item when it came to their address, and it's now on the way back to original sender, although I have contacted them by email (the only possible way around as I couldn't find any phone number to contact) and notified them about it once again !

What's a mess, irresponsibility and indifference to people's money !!! I'm totally shocked, I have used mail forwarding services by other companies many time, but that experience was the worst at all !! now I have to argue with eBay sellers so we can find any possible solutions for that mess, and I might even lose hundreds of euros if I couldn't solve that, not to mention the loss of time and stress caused.

Some people might have other kind of experience with them, I don't know, but I would never ever recommend this service to anybody.

My dismal review is based not only on their failure to deliver services as promoted, but more particularly due to the abject lack of any proactive customer service experience if it could even be called such a thing. So, 1) I ordered and paid for their mailbox service to have small packages delivered in Berlin and the very first package I had shipped there was not delivered, DHL tracking seems to indicate it was declined. 2) I then informed the Clevver helpdesk that this occurred and that I was very disappointed and the response to me was anything but helpful and concerned, only sharply cyninal and denying that anything happened regardless of the evidence, no explanation or support was offered, certainly no apology. I then replied that this failure makes their service useless to me and I that I would like to cancel. Clevver replied with a message explaining demonstrably how to do that by turning the auto-renew feature off in settings, which I then did and saved very definitely. 3) I thought that should be the end of it, but renewal time came around and well - I was charged and greeted with emails stating that my account had been renewed and my card charged. Of course, I immediately complained and asked that the charge be reversed and received a terse reply ignoring the fact that auto-renew was disabled but claiming that I had not given a 14 day advance notice of cancellation and therefore the charge was correct. Nevermind that this was a monthly plan to begin with, and that I had made it clear I wanted to cancel when delivery of my first package failed, and neverminf that I had followed the provided instructions and disabled auto-renew. So apparently a disabled auto-renew setting explicitly off does not mean anything? 14 days advance notice? This seems totally improvised to deny the charge reversal. All subsequent emails have been ignored. I have a feeling that this service may be operated by 1 or 2 individuals as the reply emails border on outright rudeness, cynicism and of absolutely no help with no offer to be of any help - only blame assigned to the customer. It seems that any reasonable company would and do gladly offer a refund when mistakes are made and/or the customer is dissatisfied to build trust and a positive reputation.

It has been a great solution for my business.
Their virtual setup provided a professional London address quickly, and the mail scanning keeps everything well organised.
Highly recommended!

This is the worst company I ever had to deal with. They are auto-renewing my account even after completely deleting it. They have reopened my closed account and charged my credit cards with a fee completely illegally.

Legal action has been taken, and I had to request that my bank block any future payments from this so-called company. Please be aware and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE ROBBED!!!
