Service is very good. I'm very happy with it. The response times of any request I had where very fast and competent.

Very unprofessional, they shipped it with the wrong carrier, I paid for PostNL International, they shipped it with UPS who delivered it to their pick up point on the other side of town. Also, after payment I get a very sketchy email asking me to pay for the shipping, which I already did, and the reply was very rude and unclear. After I got my package I immediately cancelled my mailbox.

Great service, used for 3 years. Really competitive prices and does exactly what it advertises.

Great customer service too, just don’t forget about the invoicing period and auto-renew feature.

You can always get in touch with the help desk in case you make an error.

Otherwise, fantastic A+++ would recommend to anyone with business ideas

Früher hat Clevver eine sehr gute Service angeboten. Leider - seit Anfang des Jahres - läuft alles nicht mehr so gut. Im Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice kommt man nicht.

ich weiß nicht was bei den passiert ist, aber ich kann die leider nicht empfehlen.

Absolute scammers. They shows an estimated forwarding rate for a letter of 12 euro, but charged my card for more than 100 euro. After contacting support they argues that the initial amount was "just an estimate".
This happened twice now with different letters. It's clear to me that this is their business model: extorting users by holding their letters hostage.

They never respond to customer support, always offline, late to verify IDs, late to do anything that you want them to do!

Die Livechat Funktion ist nur ein Bot und die echten Agents sind leider zu jeglicher Uhrzeit nicht verfügbar.
Wenn man dann seine Emailadresse hinterlässt wird man ebenfalls nicht kontaktiert.
Die eingescannten Dokumente sind oftmals unvollständig und durcheinander gebracht mit anderen Briefen, sodass die Beschreibung des Dokuments nicht passt.

Wirklich ärgerlich, da es eine so hilfreiche und einfache Platform sein könnte, wenn sich jemand drum kümmern würde.

I am a long-time customer and I have been satisfied with the service. I maintain several entities with Clevver and everything works smoothly as expected.

Unreliable service. Understaffed. A hilariously infuriating, sluggish UI.

If there is an issue (their office was closed during regular business hours on multiple occasions), their management acts or reacts like a bunch of scornful 12 years olds - totally unprofessional.

The service may be cheaper than the competition but it lacks both quality and maturity. I wouldn't recommend.

Ich kann für ihren Briefweiterleitungsservice bürgen. Ich habe es einmal benutzt und es hat perfekt funktioniert.

The Service is just great. You get straight away answers to all your Questions even after you paid which is unfortunatly not normal these Days. Th Price for that Service is also very reasonable. All in all i must say Im 100% happy with them and Im looking forward for a long term relationship. Thanks again!

I really appreciated the services granted, in my case the bank account opening. It was a big task for me. The process passed through few bumps resolved with great professionality by the team. It was successful and I've felt supported along all the transaction.

I used clevver.io's services to form a company.

The basics were ok, they registered the company in a timely fashion, the process went reasonably smoothly.

There were some annoyances, though, and given the very high price of this service compared to the competition, I expected top notch service instead.

First, there were issues with some paperwork after the incorporation: they nitpicked on a detail that could have been fixed later, ultimately delaying the opening of the bank account by about two weeks. They nicely offered for free an additional service that I needed which normally costs 500 euros. But what I needed at that point was speed. The delay jeopardized an important deal.

Second, when I asked for urgent advice about a mistake in a form that they sent me for signature, it took more than a day to get an answer, although I said clearly I thought the deadline was that same day. In those cases, you don't email someone who may or may not answer, you pick your phone and get an answer right away, when you charge more than double the market rate. It turned out there was no problem, but they had no way to know that for sure.
