I had always a great experience with getting help from Clerk customer support team.

Abysmal customer service.

You can tell how good a company is when things go wrong.

I was moving platforms and wanted to close my account until my new website was up and running then maybe I'd come back again to clerk.io

They made me book and online chat wit them to try and talk me into staying despite it being "me" not "them"

I was impossible to just close the account and so surprise surprise they took another payment at month end.

They then argued saying I hadn't cancelled - despite my having many emails where I literally said "close my account".

I'm now having to pursue through my credit card company to get my money back as a fraudulent transaction

When you're doing business with a company who won't fix their mistake unless you report them as "fraudulent", I'd respetfully suggest they are not worth dealing with

Ottimo servizio. Azienda seria! Utilizziamo Clerck da ormai 3 anni e ci troviamo molto bene!

Fint program. Dog passede det ikke til vores behov længere, da f.eks. Rebuy var et langt mere oplagt valg.

Herfor slog gjorde usynlige gjorde Clerks moduler på vores shopify, og fortalte dem, at vi ikke ville forsætte udover med search.

Det har resulteret i, at Clerk bliver ved med at presse om, at ville have en regning, for en aftale vi aldrig har indgået eller indvilliget i forsætter.

I sidste betyder det, at jeg hellere vil anbefale brevduer til at udføre Clerks rolle - da de desværre har et fint program, men så snart man ikke ønsker at være kunde længere bliver det lidt træls.

Vi lavede ellers en aftale om, at skulle betale 5.000 - men da vi stort set ingen søgninger har, og jeg herfor ikke ville forsætte, ville de have 26.000.

Måske virksomheden har en USP, at nedbringer deres churn rate og fastholde kunder, for en stort valuation grundet et ønske om salg eller børsnoteringer. Det er en antagelse, men det er også den eneste grund jeg kan se, for så en elendig service / forståelse for forretning.

Det eneste jeg ved, er at jeg aldrig vil anbefaler Clerk til nogen som helst.

Really great support! Had some issues and tweaking the code that I needed some help with. Mark on support helped me out big time. Fixed everything, good communication and a good guy :)

Product works finde and all issues and optimaztions where made for shopware 6 in a very short time.
I can absolutley advice to use clerk as a product and the service by the team is excellent too.

Clerk has not only optimized the experience for our customers on website and in newsletters. It has also increased our additional sales considerable.

Above and Beyond Customer Support from Marta. Initially I got in touch about an issue on our search page. It turned out it wasn't really an issue with clerk.io but Marta went above and beyond to ensure I got a fix to the problem.

We partnered with Clerk.io over a year ago to optimize the search and recommendations functions in our webstore. The technology is actually really good! It exceeded our expectations, and the results are easily visible in increased basket value and cross-sales in our webshop. So, of course, we opted to add the other two features of audiences and email as well.

Setting everything up at the beginning takes some time, but the support is really great and fast here!

Charles is our contact person, and he is really good at following up, giving advice, tips, and tricks on how to optimize certain features better, or what we could focus on - it's really great to have this close and personal collaboration.
