Clement Browne Arvostelua

Wonderful service and product. The aftercare was particularly professional - Daniel noticed a small scratch on our shutters and ordered a new part to replace it without us even having to ask. He then returned to fit it and did a wonderful job. We were very happy with Clement Browne overall and would absolutely use them again.

Order shutters after two measurement visits, waited over the estimated timeline given and wrong ones were installed! Company apologised but still expect me to wait for new ones to be built and reinstalled, my inconvenience is 5% reduction on price! If I don’t agree they will take the shutter (which is fair) but my waisted time not taken into account, how is this fair?

Just had shutters fitted in the bedroom, had to wait a long time for them due to current events but well worth the wait. Daniel did an excellent job, very professional adhering to all safety precautions and cleaned up after him. Would use them again and can highly recommend Daniel.

Excellent quote and service from Daniel. Very polite, informative, thorough and friendly. Really confident he would do an excellent job with fitting. Can tell he genuinely enjoys his job and wants to do his best, which lovely and reassuring to see!

Thanks to Daniel from Clement Browne the shutter looks great and he was friendly efficient and even vacuumed up

Fantastic from start to finish, they look amazing, great quality and were considerably cheaper than one of the other companies I had quote for the work so was a no brainer and thoroughly recommended. Andrew, our installer, was a real nice guy and very friendly enjoying his work, which was to a very high standard. If you’re considering getting shutters then look no further, I will be purchasing more for the bedrooms.

Our whole experience with CB has been great. They have been very clear about the process, the amount time etc. The shutters look great, couldn't be more pleased.

Brilliant. About 25% of the price for quotes in my local area (south West London), and high quality. Andrew, our fixer, was brilliant - funny and cheerful, tidy and diligent. Would highly recommend.

I had a large patio door, large square bay and a smaller window fitted. Very impressed with everything about this Company. From the original visit which was helpful, informative but certainly not pushy. I was even able to get an approximate quote online to save everybody's time and safety. I was then kept informed and somebody always available to answer queries in spite of COVID. Fitted today by Daniel who was punctual, very polite, considerate, efficient, informative and extremely hardworking. Most of all he was as particular as if fitting in his own home. Clean and tidy in his work at all times. Extremely professional service and will definitely be using them again and requesting if Daniel can fit them. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

We are delighted with our new shutters. Our installer meticulously measured our old Edwardian windows for a perfect-fitting final product.
We went for bespoke cafe shutters with a curve to match existing sash windows and this was no hassle, Clement Browne accommodated our bespoke request with ease!
Highly recommend.

From the the consultation, our fitter Ryan was professional and friendly. His product knowledge was excellent; answering all our questions, and putting our minds at ease.

The installation was simple and Ryan installed the shutter blinds with little fuss. We absolutely love our blinds and we would definitely recommend Clement Browne to anyone looking to improve their home.

I am totally delighted with my new sliding shutters and could not have asked for a better fitter than Daniel who has gone to every effort to make sure I am happy. I am just delighted with everything

Really pleased with our shutters, they look great. The experience with Clement Browne was great from start to finish. Very friendly, helpful guy who came to do the quote, and a really professional, courteous installer. Would recommend.

I was apprehensive due to the cost and having to commit the full amount upfront, but I'd done my research, got a few comparisons and whilst CB wasn't the cheapest the quote process gave me lots of confidence in their professionalism and product plus really great reviews, which is why I choose them. I was not disappointed in the slightest and won't hesitate to recommend CB to anyone looking to buy shutters.  They are an investment, but they look beautiful and the whole process, from quote to fitting was reassuring, with well informed, professional and courteous CM staff the whole way through, which was significantly better than other firms who I approached.

I have to say I am very impressed with Daniel the fitter, from before he arrived right the way through.  He was considerate and informative throughout, from letting me know he was due to arrive shortly, taking care to remove his shoes, unloading the van without leaving doors open more than necessary, covered carpets where he was working and cleaned up each room before moving onto the next.  Given that my daughter and I both work from home there was very little disruption to us and he was a pleasure to have him around.  I wish all trades were as considerate and pleasant.  As for the products, I think he had his work cut out as our windows are old Victorian bays and have suffered with movement through the years, but given the challenge I am very very pleased with the beautifully finished end result.

Excellent Clear Quotation and Survey from Daniel.
Daniel Nicols came to quote us for shutters. We were very impressed by his knowledge and valued his opinion about what he thought would work for us in the window.
He left us feeling like he would do a really good job if he fitted the shutters in our house. Clement Browne also was recommended to us by a friend who has been really happy with her shutters.

This is a brilliant company and I cannot fault any part of the service. The price was by far the best quote we had for a big bay window and two bedrooms. The product is of an excellent quality and the fitting was faultless. The fitter Kevan was great at working around the household, in a safe Covid way. When he left it was spotless clean and you couldn't even tell he had been in the house. Will defiantly go back to them if I need anymore doing.

Despite the current climate, I was kept informed every step of the way regarding my shutters . They were fitted with great expertise and they are very good quality . Their consultant Andrew was excellent . I would not hesitate to recommend this company for exceptional service and quality ...

Thank you Clement Browne, we couldn't be happier with our shutters. It's amazing how much they change the interior of all rooms and the outside look of the house as well. We decided to do this in all rooms and we don't regret. Great customer service throughout and Andrew did a fantastic job, perfect installation, spotless work and such a kind and pleasant person to deal with. I hope this helps othet customers make up their mind when reading this in the same way the good reviews helped us! Brilliant company! Vanesa & Leandro

Daniel has done a smashing job fitting the blinds, even arranging a second visit to make sure all the little details were finished off. The 4 bay windows look outstanding.
I would certainly recommend Clement Browne for first class products and service.
Thanks Daniel and Stacey
