Cleerly, Second time around
This is the second time i used Cleerly and as a contractor the process can be complex, Cleerly (Specifically William Coe and Jay-Jorja Slack) were fantastic in understanding, researching and offering the best product that suited my needs. As a contractor, my situation wasn’t straightforward—especially with a contract that had no specified dates—and many brokers simply couldn’t help. Will was brilliant from start to finish, very reassuring and was confident he could find me the right mortgage to suit my needs. Being a contractor I had previously gone through the process of getting a mortgage in principle only for it to fall through when the lender didn’t understand how my pay was structured.
