Die Buchung war sehr einfach, die Kommunikation und Absprache vor Ort angenehm und alles war sehr gründlich gesäubert. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und positiv überrascht, das war meine erste Buchung des Reinigungsservice vor meinem Einzug in meine neue Wohnung. Sehr zu empfehlen.

I booked a deep clean of my 2-room apartment and am very happy with the results! Alexandra double checked everything I wanted completed before I left for work and sent me a video of everything before she left. I came home to a sparkling clean apartment! I'll definitely be using Clean Whale again in the future.

Great experience with booking, paying and most of all, the friendly and professional cleaning staff. Would recommend to anyone looking for a deep clean or just routine cleaning.

We recently used CleanWhale for a home cleaning service in Berlin and were very impressed with the experience from start to finish. The cleaner, a lovely Ukrainian lady named Valentina, arrived on time and was incredibly thorough and professional. She cleaned everything we had requested to a high standard, and the place looked spotless afterward.

We had also booked an additional window cleaning service for three windows, and Valentina did an excellent job—the windows are now sparkling clean and streak-free. Her attention to detail and dedication to doing the job right really stood out.

Overall, we’re very satisfied with CleanWhale's service and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality cleaning in Berlin. Great job!

The service was pretty bad. I booked a cleaning service in total around 270 euros and cleaner was so happy when she heard the apartment is empty and she doesnt need to work for long as estimated. However they dont reduct the charge based on it. Anyways, I had no complain about the amount but service was horrible. Even for an empty apartment It wasnt very clean and she probably left after a couple of hours of very basic cleaning. I added almost every service as extra and nothing was as expected. I already contacted them and they offered me a 70 euros voucher but Customer Service doesnt understand something somehow. I booked for cleaning with extra service if I book a service for 90 euros It would cover almost anything I booked. Anyways I strongly suggest you to stay away from them.

Edit after reply: They now completely lie about the total amount, because yes it's the amount I paid but because I used my credits on website and a voucher code. So they only mention about the price they took from my card. Secondly, I said I was completely dissatisiffied from the service. There was no point I was satisfied.

And at last, they say "10 days past" because I ordered cleaning for my empty apartment before I move. How do you expect me to call a cleaner just after I move when the apartment is filled with boxes? You couldnt even clean an empty apartment properly and now you make a comment which is completely untrue. You should be professional, not me. But its opposite now.

How can you call it a "good will" when you couldnt do your job and you need to fix it obviously?

Complete disaster by their comment and customer service.

Edit2: This company tell you lies as a hobby now. I sent them pics of and made a complaint on telegram on 24th of May which is literall the next of cleaning but they only check the date I gave a review, they already knew about to issue but instead they enjoy milking money.

Убрался хорошо, чисто. Один минус не говорит по немецки, я специально искала русскоязычную фирму, мне выдало cleanwhale, думала придет кто то кто общается по немецки или по русски. Я не владею Английским, но от этого уборка не стала хуже! Я довольна

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.. Buchung auf der Webseite ging schnell und easy, Reinigungskraft kam pünktlich, war fleißig und hat auch sehr gut gearbeitet.. Sprachbarriere mit dem Übersetzer auf dem Telefon kein Problem.. wir waren vorher auch eher skeptisch, aber können wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen..😁👍🏻

Reliable and trustworthy. Does what they claim. I have used their service many times already now and I've become a regular. Only once I had a cleaner who did not do a good job. Cleanwhale was quick to offer me a discount and make sure I don't get that cleaner anymore. The other ladies I've had did fantastic job.
