Great company. I worked with them long time. They are very good and nice.

Cleanter is a good app to work with as long as you are committed to your work and your responsibilities. Your work will speak for itself and you will get more work because here we grow everything when it comes to quality work.

The staff are very kind and helpful. They care about their clients and their employees. A great company to work for.

The app is amazing. The clients I had worked with have all been pleasant. The app is easy to use and payment is processed on time as well.

Been a cleaner with cleanster for awhile now pay is great and support is usually available.

I can't forget the day a client reward me some amount of money through the company and I didn't know my company sent it to me fully with my payment

Great client and good customer service

I really enjoy it. I’ve gotten two converted jobs and they’ve paid fairly promptly and the communication is good while on the job. Hopefully more jobs to come as I believe I have delivered well with no negative feedback of my cleans.

Great hand in hand work.

Cleanster pro is a good app, I like their services but sometimes, there’s a challenge with some of their clients. I personally have had some unpleasant experience with some of their clients, that made me decide not to travel far away from my city to another city and do just two or one and half hours job again . Because mostly those far away clients with less hours usually are the ones with something unpleasant.
But I like the team and how they address issues immediately

GREAT COMPANY. Very transparent payment and never an issue. They show you what your fee is before you choose to take the GIGS. I have worked for this company for over a year and never have had an issue. Great customer service and support.

I have worked with Cleanster for over 4 years. I have had a wonderful experience building my skills and relationship with them. They send cleaners to wonderful client opportunities to build relationships which creates recurring jobs. Their app is easy to use with simple step by step instructions to get you through each job. There are features on the Cleanster app that truly sets them apart! Their customer service team is always available to answer your questions and give you job opportunities. They begin the payment process after your close out your cleaning job correctly. You're usually paid within 1-3 days after your job submission. Cleanster is by far the best digital cleaning service on the market. I have personally tried a few other apps during slow seasons and I've ultimately deleted those apps. No other cleaning app for cleaners comes close to Cleanster. Thank you all for always being there for me and my family!

Cleanster is one of the best! They really provide the best cleaner ever ! Kudos to you for having the most professional cleaners.

No communication, no phone, no answer to emails. I do not recommend, they’re out of reach

Margie has been so much more than just a support agent for me. Margie and Joy and all the support team. I am so grateful for the genuine service that she Margie, has given me in the past year and a half at Cleanster, she always answers my calls with a smile and that’s a rarity in the world today, something I expect and appreciate, she has been a go to for all my jobs through the platform good and importantly for the not so good moments she’s helped me through some of my issues with the process malfunctions and during a job and through it all she consistently has the most welcoming and responsive leadership attitudes and communication skills with knowledge of the platform and industry that we are in and need assistance with her level of service are excellent and the way she can get the best results is by far the most amazing and convenient resource I ever had and I am grateful to have the opportunity and privilege of working with her and the relationship that we have built this past year and a half is so special and she is very kind and very motivated to do everything in her power to make sure that we are in good standing and that we have all the right information to get to the jobs and complete the process of the work that we are assigned to and the way her and the team work together is the most critical aspect of this platform and I think it is very important for me to acknowledge and share this with everyone. And holds a role that is so important for the platform and other cleaning professionals and the clients who we work with daily. I can always count on her to be there and support me whenever I need it. The work relationship we have is so valued and it makes my life so much easier and definitely a reliable source for my work needs. Thank you for all your hard work and your patience and dedication in your duties as a service agent who has always done beyond what is expected of you to accomplish the task and to assure professionals like myself that we are supported and able to rely on our support team for all the necessary questions and solutions that are needed in order to achieve our goals. Your laughter and encouragement we share is a treasure that I hold dear to my heart, thank you isn’t enough. This is why I am here and I think you’re doing a phenomenal job and keep allowing yourself to be Amazing and for the ability to adapt with the ever growing and evolving sector of the business you are in, it takes a lot of effort and dedication to be successful in your line of work. You all are amazing people. I believe that we will continue to be supported n provided with the best possible solutions

And value all you do for us ( us is everyone you help out daily) thank you endlessly

This company is great for anyone who is interested in cleaning or needs a quick start. The best thing about the team here is they are very responsive and respectful to all situations. Since I have been withe cleanster they have pay me my payments on time every time. They do make you take a lot of pictures, but if you do everything right and take the right pictures they pay on time. I did have a delayed in payment but it was due to my pictures. The team instructed me what to do and they displayed patience while I figure out how to use there app. I recommend this app if you want a taste of cleaning homes and making a side money.
