My original assessment of your company was very poor because I still had not received my missing parcel and no one had bothered to reply to my complaints after two weeks. Some confusion and lack of clarity in processes contributed to this. A poor review using this survey seemed to get things going. Within 48 hours I had a number of emails and a phone call. My toilet paper has been found after its delivery to the wrong address and my contact with your company has restored my faith in human contact.

Prompt delivery
They had a particular product I was looking for which isn't available everywhere. I put in a order for delivery and the correct order was delivered promptly. Though I paid a delivery fee due to the small size of my order this seemed perfectly reasonable. I plan to purchase more items from the Cleaners Gallery going forward.
