Cecilia and Richard are lovely people, always helpful and kind, and also very skilled! An excellent small range of very good quality - and some very unusual (plant-dyed wide silk ribbon!) - materials. Their shop is my first-preference for getting fabric, whenever possible.

This beautiful fabric was packaged well and shipped promptly, making it from the Netherlands to New York very quickly. Alas, then it languished with the USPS/Customs for a full week, disappearing from tracking notices and updates. But all was well in the end, as it suddenly made it back onto USPS radar and into my mailbox today. Looking forward to making something with this lovely wool, must decide between a couple of projects. Thank you!

I got what I wanted for a very fair price. The linen fabric i ordered has so far made a good impression, although there's some fiber shedding; the wool yarn i ordered is a little less fluffy than i imagined, but then again - how do you give information about fluffiness? I'm not sure how that could look. The hand-woven woolen blanket i ordered is a dream, absolutely beautiful and very soft.
Overall I'm very very happy with my purchase and will be coming back.

Good quality and service

There were a few problems with the mail (I got two different emails that the package would arrive at two different days and it arrived about a week later) but that's not the fault of the shop.
The fabrics that cake had good colours (naturally dyed) and the lengths were as told.

I even bought a rest pice with spotty dying (according to the description) and the spots were only really visible in the light of you were looking for spots. Meaning that the pice was better than expected.
All in all I'm happy with my order.
