Great communication from the team. These guys are very knowledgeable about carburetors. Not in a rush just to take your money, explaining what I probably need for my situation. Top notch blokes.

Je n’ai toujours pas reçu mon colis.
Je n’ai pas à payer des frais supplémentaires au 25€ de frais que j’ai déjà payer , comprenez qu’à ce prix j’achète ailleurs. J’attends le remboursement en espérant rapidement.
Site a fuir.

Our website states clearly in multiple places that taxes and customs are not included in the shipping fee. Our shipping policy also has to be agreed to before checking out. There's nothing more we can do to make it clearer unfortunately. I'm sorry you weren't happy with your experience!

Poor communications
Poor communications. Got an automated invoice immediately then no further comms until I chased them 4 working days later. No phone number to call so used the online contact form and then got a reply within a few hours.
Carb arrived and worked well straight from the box, so a great product let down by poor communications from the business. Other traders send updates for a £10 purchase, so nothing for a £300+ purchase just isn't good enough.

Sincerest apologies for the lapse in communication Shaun. As your order was dispatched a day later than our usual processing time, I refunded the extra you had paid for faster shipping but sent your order with the faster shipping anyway. We are always working to improve our communication and dispatch speed, and hopefully you will have a better experience with us in the future. Thank you for your valuable feedback :)
Good pre-buy technical support.
A technical enquiry about the inline filter was promptly answered before I committed to the order. Items were despatched promptly and arrived quickly.
