Very good service
Very good service. The small size outdoor cover fabric is a good weight and texture. Mirror pockets are a bit too generous in size, otherwise the cover is quite a good fit for a non custom made item - a bit baggy below the window line. The car is a 911 (997)

The absolute best!

I was helping to run the BMW car club stand at The Classic Car Show Birmingham back in November’24. I had some free time to go peruse the trade stands, more specifically car cover suppliers. Classic Additions just felt right, the product looked capable and the people running the stand knew their stuff and were obviously car enthusiasts and super friendly too!
A year later after suffering Storm Force cover(No 4) perishing on me inside 2 years! I bought one of these for my 40yr old BMW E28 M535I, I must say after nearly 2 months of continuous rain before this Christmas with the car being under this fabulous cover for that period, the car was absolutely bone dry when I lifted it to attend a local show Nr Whitchurch on the 27th December.
I can’t recommend this cover anymore highly to fellow enthusiasts and all I can say is, Just buy it! It’s the best decision I ever made for peace of mind, knowing my car’s fully protected for anything Nature decides to throw at it!

Product arrived as promised next day.
So far so good, easy to use,material seem's of good quality,keeps convertible roof dry and stops water ingress into lip of boot when left outside,which was main reason for purchase.

Premium price, poor quality, terrible service
Ordered a custom fitted indoor cover for my BMW E46. After a 12 week wait while it was made, I went to put the car into winter storage and quickly realised the cover clearly wasn’t made for my car. It was baggy, far too wide, overly long and trailed on the floor.
Friends who own CA covers confirmed it wasn’t right and advised me to contact them, as these covers should fit like a glove.
While the cover has eventually been adjusted to fit as expected, this only came after weeks, possibly months, of constant chasing and pestering. The lack of proactive customer service was disappointing for a company that prides itself on quality and reputation.
The cover now fits correctly, but the overall experience has been completely tainted. For context, a £15.99 generic Lidl car cover would fit as well as the original supplied item. Save your money!

Amazing service!
Have ordered before, needed a new cover for a different car. Ordered the cover after checking the size. Unfortunately it was too small. Rang and spoke to customer services, who was great and sorted out a new cover and pick up old cover without any issues. This was on a Friday and new cover was expedited and recived on Saturday, That is service!! Thanks.
