Clarkes of Cavan Arvostelua 

We recently purchased a tractor/trailer/bucket from Clarkes of Cavan and we are thrilled with our item. It came in different delieveries and one part was missing however Una sent out the missing part very quickly and was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Una.

Purchased a bike and helmet online for a child.
Was told it was shipped
It wasn't.

Sent completely wrong size helmet than order
Size large for a adult.
Contact rumours times and met was the most incompetent people known to man.
No call back , no transparency , and the bike was 3 days late for my kids birthday .

Desperate bad service.
Safe you're time and money and use a reputable shop!

It took 2 emails over a week to have the item dispatched. Emails were responded to quickly & item was received next day once actually sent via an post.

The delivery was very quick and a very good service.

Very poor service , I would not recommend this store to anybody,
I purchased a replacement part for my husqvarna robotic mower , when I received the part and installed it, the mower still had same problem, so I borrowed the same part from my other mower and it worked perfectly. I contacted Clarkes to inform them about the faulty part, initially they said they could not take back returns of electronic parts but that they had a replacement in stock and would ship it out next day . After a few days I received nothing so contacted them again to which they replied "I was speaking with staff members and have been informed that current product you have will have to be returned to us first for assessment and then we can decide how to proceed".
So I shipped back the part and approx a week later they contacted me to say they received the part and would assess it ASAP.
But in this instance the "S" stands for slow.
So after another couple of emails I received a "Phone Call" to say, they've assessed the part and could not provide a replacement or a refund due to the "condition" the part was returned and that the warranty seal was broken and they were unable to re-sell the part. I explained I wasn't happy with that and they said the manager would call me.
Needless to say im still waiting on that call.
I then followed up with another couple of emails requesting a photo of the "broken warranty seal" (this seal doesn't exist)and explaining the reason for the return was the part was faulty so it couldn't be re-sold anyway. Needless to say again,,, still no reply!
They didn't even offer to return the part !
The part was a CANBUS plug and play part with no "dealer level " programming or technical experience required, although I do have the technical experience.
The only thing Im happy about is it was a relatively cheap part and that it wasn't an expensive machine I purchased.
Because with this level of customer service and backup , you'd be better off buying from done deal or fairyhouse, the backup service would be far superior !

I order and shall pay with Klarna. So I waited. Then I goes in to my app Klarna and saw that they have taken away the amount. They have not contacted me and tell that they cancel
