I bought few products online through click and collect. In few hours I received a notification from B&Q informing the items were ready to collect. Straightforward collection in store. Great service. Good experience overall.

Please be aware that B&Q customer service is based in South Africa! They also expect the customer to store kitchen/bathroom deliveries until their installation date booked with the fitters they contract. They expected us to store a kitchen for just under 3 months!

Did not receive everything I ordered. Getting a generic automated reply for the past 4 weeks. Can get no response and no refund. Outrageous customer service and essentially theft. Do not buy from this company.

Arrived in no time and free delivery. Delighted!

Two out of three panelling sets were delivered damaged and battens never arrived. Got an initial response from the online contact form but no follow-up. After calling I managed to get the two sets delivered and still no battens. Called again and still no result. I would not buy online from them again.

The staff is annoyed if you ask them anything about the products in the store. I was lucky with a friend who was in the store and who gave me the necessary explanations. The store does not have enough stock of the products on offer.

Ordered a keter shed that arrived damaged has a hole in the roof and scratches on the door and sides of the shed. The shed cost €1250 b&q offered 15% for the damage which if accepted would also void the warranty! Shed is already made up I asked them to send someone out to dismantle it and send a replacement this is also not an option for them to dismantle after my husband spend hours making it! We are happy to keep the damaged shed and my husband will try to repair it to save the hassle of taking it down and rebuilding but the fact they think €187.50 is an acceptable partial refund for a €1250 shed with this damage whilst voiding the warranty also is unacceptable! Will not be purchasing from b&q again terrible customer service!

Myself and my daughter were in your swords store looking for flooring for her new apartment when we found what we were looking for we tried to find an assistant to help us with exact measurements when we eventually found one who didn't seem to want to help us she was very disrespectful and to be honest if it wasn't the exact flooring what we needed we would have walked out without buying anything in the end we were 6 boxes short and had to go back and get them and she was just as rude so don't think we'll be going back anytime soon.

Ordered online for click and collect. Arrived and my item was handed to me within 2 minutes.
Product great quality and also got it at a great price.

Ordered three timber items from the 6 euro home delivery range. Total came to about 45 euro. Cheapest item was successfully delivered on 25-05-2026. No sign of the rest of the order. Courier tracking website insists that everything was delivered. No photograph of delivered items beside my door. Emailed customer care with no effect. Do not know for sure if order was actually fully delivered and items stolen afterwards. For small orders B and Q are not motivated to help if anything goes wrong. Will not use again.

I was buying kitchen bathroom items for the 15% discount. But purchase went through without being applied.

I ordered products, they were stated as in stock. When it arrived, it was missing products I ordered, therefore I wasted time waiting for the arrival and then found out that half my items were missing, so made the whole purchase worthless without all the items. Then waited for a refund. Which they then deducted a delivery charge when it was free delivery on the order. Just an awful experience

The customer service was first rate but we bought a bin storage unit which was difficult to assemble even with 2 people. I have emailed my feedback directly

I’ll never buy online from this place anymore. Product arrived missing parts and when I called the customer service they were very unprofessional and very confused not helping me at all. The product were sold out so they couldn’t replace it so the alternative would be to return the product, they said they would book the collection but didn’t have a date for the collection so it could happen at anytime. So I’ve the product that I paid for and I can’t use it because it’s missing parts and I need the product so I need to buy somewhere else, spend my money and God knows when they will come and collect it and also when I will be refunded. Never buy online anymore for this place so you should avoid it.
