Whatever your goals are, be it getting fitter, becoming stronger, developing your mobility and flexibility, losing weight, toning up or just doing something for you, to boost your mental wellbeing, I have a huge variety of classes designed to meet your requirements. My classes are fun and relaxed and I want everyone to feel comfortable and at ease. I value my participants and want to get to know you as an individual-you are never a number in my class and I can always adapt to suit your needs. I also hold additional qualifications in Pilates for orthopaedic conditions and deliver private Pilates sessions both in person and online for those who may require a more tailored approach. Fitness and fun!
I’ve had the pleasure of participating in classes with Clare for the past 8 years, initially at the local leisure centre but then with lockdown Clare’s online classes became a welcome activity! I now do a mixture of face to face and online classes. All classes have a fun and friendly feel to them with alternative exercises suitable for all ages and abilities. Clare’s ingenuity in using different equipment and exercises is amazing, which means classes never feel stale or repetitive! There is also a WhatsApp group available to members of Clare’s community which provides advice, support and chat between members.
I would absolutely recommend Clare’s classes to anyone looking for a new fitness community.

Fantastic classes
I've been doing classes with Clare since she started in lockdown 2020. Clare provides a range of classes and adapts for all abilities and makes adjustments to cater for individual requirements. Classes are fun, easy to follow, lighthearted but also professional. I enjoy the flexibility of exercising at home and I love the live classes. Clare also offers a WhatsApp group and is always happy to provide advice and support. A great community feel. Fantastic and I would definitely recommend.

Clare also teaches face to face classes locally and is able to offer specialist 1-2-1 sessions and referrals.
In 2025 Clare won the award of Best Sports and Fitness Instructor for Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire in the Muddy Stilettos Awards
